The pick-up time at your hotel is 4:30 pm. Your Tuk Tuk driver will come to your hotel and meet you in the lobby with a signboard with your name on it. You will then be transferred by tuk-tuk to the tour's starting point at one of Bangkok's landmarks, The Metal Castle (Loha presat temple). You will meet your English English-speaking guide and get a briefing about the upcoming tour and then go sampling the amazing Michelin foods around Bangkok city by tuk tuk.
The First Michelin food stop will be at Kor Panich Mango Sticky Rice, open since 1932 and known for its delicious mango sticky rice dish. The shop originally served their unique dish and recipe to the Thai kings and queens. The shop was founded in 1932 by Kaap and his wife, and it was his wife who made the sticky rice. She followed the recipe her mother, who worked in the royal palace kitchen, had passed down. As we dig into the perfectly ripe mangoes, we find them incredibly juicy. We then place them onto a bed of warm sticky rice, topped with creamy coconut milk lightly tinged with sugar and salt. Finally, we add a sprinkle of fried mung beans for an extra crunch, resulting in perfection. The restaurant is typical of this area. There are only a few tables, so we experience eating while sitting on a wooden chair by the roadside amid blaring cars and tuk-tuks passing by in front of us.

The food was ok except at one place - Krua Apsorn. There was a lack of clarity e.g. we went to the Mango Sticky Rice place ( and it was showing a sold out sign). We were walked to a cafe on the opposite side and asked about drinks we wanted. There was discussion on whether the food was from K Pannich or from this cafe. Then we asked for our drinks - coconut water - and they said sold out. But later another Tuk tuk tour group joined and they served them coconut water. I would have liked a bit more history and knowledge, not rushing from oone place to the next. The food at Krua Apsorn was great! I would like to add that there were places which I wanted to visit like KhaoSan which I would not have visited if it had not been for the tour and I did appreciate the guide taking us to the Chinese temple and sharing the history.

We had an incredible experience today on the Bangkok Michelin Food Tour. The food was absolutely delicious and every stop was a highlight. A special shout-out to our guide, Tae, who was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so many great tips about the city and the local food scene. If you're looking for an authentic and high-quality food experience in Bangkok, this tour is a must-do. Highly recommended!

Had a great evening. Everything was very well organised and the food destinations were terrific. We got on very well with the 6 others enjoying the night. Tuk tuk travel made it easy to move between eating houses. But above all and especially we thank lovely Bo. Her English is fantastic and knowledge and enthusiasm for all things Bangkok was very interesting and informative. We highly recommend this tour. Thanks Bo and all tour people. See you on another tour!

Had the absolute best time on this tour with my mom. Her knees were acting up and they were so accommodating to help and give a tuk tuk with an extra step. Tom was an absolute delight as our guide and was so informative. COME HUNGRY - there was so much delicious food and none of us could finish it all. I would hands down do this tour again. Loved how short the tour was as well, we didn’t feel like our day was completely taken up and could still make the most of our time.

Our tour guide Tom was the best. His energy and knowledge was outstanding. He was super apologetic over the rain at the beginning of the tour even though he didnt need to apologize. He was very attentive and his passion for the history of Bangkok made you want to learn more.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was terrific and gave us a flavor of restaurants and street food. The walk through Chinatown was great and gave us the flavor of night life in Bangkok. We recommend it.
