Such a nice boat with easy check. Being at IconSiam made it super nice too. The food selection was real good and the quality was okay too. Sitting on top deck was perfect as the weather was super nice. Yes there were cheaper choices but the quality was worth the little extra.

A river cruise dinner is a great activity to include in your itinerary while visiting Bangkok. I'm glad that i can tick it off the list but unlikely to ever repeat it. There are many options to choose from but they all have hallmarks of being a tourist trap. They are relatively expensive and cram the experience into a short period. You can't choose your seats, the buffet is a constant queue and scrum, while the duration is too short to appreciate the sites or the entertainment fully. The entire focus is to squeeze in two sittings with a rapid turnaround. Despite the effort invested in providing a quality service offering the pressure to process a higher quantity of sausages from the machine detracts from the experience.

Nice. Able to see the view Night time scene over dinner. Good experience with friends. Food is plenty and delicious. It's clean. Staffs are friendly. Minus point is there is crowding at the entrance and no clear instructions. Take note that This review was a consensus opinion of the 4 travelers. It's actually a 4.5 Stars.

Food was a little disappointing, there was some seafood at the buffet but not very much. Various stir fries and salad. Otherwise it was very pleasant on the top deck, service was very good and the whole event was well organised even if it didn't appear to be.

A great night well organised. It rained so moved very quickly and efficiently to lower deck. Unfortunately in the rush I left my hat on the seat and was disappointed that it was not found on contact the next day.

The cruise was lovely. The food was good. The entertainment was amazing. Service was also really good. I had a problem with the boarding process. Queuing at the pier, ticket checking, and getting onto the boat were very chaotic. There was no order, no guidance on direction of the queue, and a lot of pushing and shoving, increasing the risk of falling and injury for guests with mobility issues or children. Getting off the boat was equally chaotic. The pier is too small for all the people that use it to board cruises. The ticketing section is also too small. My suggestion is that the mall assigns a holding area for cruises near the ticketing and check-in section, then guests go to the pier in groups as and when their cruise is ready for boarding. This would work like an airport and be more orderly. Passengers with mobility issues and passengers with small children would then be allowed to board first, so that they are not caught in the stampede.

Boat pulled out at 8:27, not 20:00 or even 2015. Boarding is like a cattle call. Tables are assigned, but it’s a free for all at the buffet line. We got the worst table possible, as did some others. Right beside the food lines where people were jockeying for position, passing by our table but holding the plates out over the table so others wouldn’t bump them. I had people walking by and bumping into me with their hip or backpack several times. Complained about the table location and they offered a non a/c location on the outside deck. Being in the center of the boat you couldn’t see much scenery which they highly advertise as a feature of the experience. Only saw one unlit temple the whole time. Food was so so for my tastes, but others gorged. Only plus was the entertainment during the cruise which ended at 10:00 pm. So 93 minutes total. Couldn’t wait to get off. A waste of money as far as I’m concerned.
