5.00Irene was our tour guide, and we had a blast! I enjoyed that we could explore the adventure and marvels of Baños (and Ecuador). Our tour had nine people—made up of people from Brazil, France, Guatemala, and the United States. Only the driver and tour guide were from Ecuador. I really appreciated Irene's fun personality—it made the entire trip so much more fun. We left and arrived at a reasonable hour (6 a.m. to 8/9 p.m.)—it just depends on the additional excursions. The only thing I wished was different was that the trip included meals. I have traveled with another company, and—for one—cheaper and—two—it included everything like breakfast and lunch. Regardless, it was definitely worth it, and I recommend it to anyone visiting Ecuador!!!

5.00Dani was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgable, patient and fun. It was a very long day, but fun. We had an excellent group of mixed solo, couple, and family travelers and thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Adventure Park, Pailón del Diablo, Ruta de Cuy, etc.

5.00Jorge was nice and smart. Good recommendations and the banos route was well thought out. The waterfalls were amazing and the views were spectacular. The extreme activities like the glass bridge, tibetian bridge, zip line which I tried were great. Not for the faint of heart. Overall a good time

5.00Amazing trip. The tour itself is well designed to give you a chance to experience the highlights of Bańos and the surrounding area in one day, but what made it even better was Jorge. He was so energetic and enthusiastic and gave us mind blowing information. I think if it wasn’t for Jorge the trip would’ve been different. Thank you so much seńor Jorge and sńor Ivan our amazing driver who was also interacting with us in s with his great sense of humor.
