We had a really lovely time in this tour! Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable, the locally sourced and cooked food and drinks was easily the best thing we ate the whole holiday! We were returned back to our ship with plenty of time to spare and no stress.

My sister and I did this excursion when we were in Montenegro in May. The guide picked us up at the “I love Bar” sign on the promenade where we waited for the others in our group arrive. Once we were all gathered we were escorted to our 4x4 vehicles and started the adventure! First stop was the oldest Olive tree in Europe, after that we headed up to the mountains. We stopped at several different points of interest and were able to take pictures and enjoy the views. The final stop was Drago’s cottage at the base of Mt. Rumija. What a spot to enjoy the home cooked lunch traditionally prepared. The meal was delicious!! We were offered his family made wine which was Devine and available for purchase. His wife had made a cake with local cherries which was delicious as well. Sadly we had to head back to our ship but it was a great excursion that I would highly recommend!

This was an awesome experience that will take you out of the city and see the sights around the town. The drive through the mountains had great views and the stops for pictures and to learn the history was an added bonus. Once you reach the top, Drago provided an outstanding local/cultural meal that was the highlight of the trip.

If I could give this experience a 10 star I would. Drago created a day of pure enjoyment for us. From Milan picking us up at the Port to driving through the mountains and giving us a rich history of their country and ending up at Dragos hidden piece of heaven in the hills for a fabulous meal; the excursion had it all. The meal was stupendous! The vegetables grown from his garden along with wine, pomegranate juice and spirits made by Drago and his father. It was made was thoroughly enjoyable. This excursion is a hidden gem - don’t miss out when you visit Bar. It will be the highlight of your trip! Thank you Drago for giving us a special day!

From the moment we met Milan, it was a pleasure! He was well versed about all of the sights in Montenegro and very hospitable. He made the tour feel more as if we were traveling with family and just not with a tour guide. And the food...lawd the food was so delicious 🤤!!! It was exactly the kind of cuisine we were hoping for and the chef was a joy to be around. Please, if you're considering having a great time in Montenegro this is the tour to book!

If I could give this excursion a 10 star rating I would. From the minute we were picked up by Milan at the Port to eating a fabulous meal prepared by Drago it was a fabulous experience. Milan was the perfect driver and host. He took us in the hills of Montenegro and gave us the rich history of this country. The pinnacle of the day was arriving at Drago’s little piece of heaven where he served us a fabulous meal made from his own garden. We were served drinks made by him (red wine, pomegranate juice and liquors). Everything tasted wonderful. The whole experience made us fall in love with Montenegro and its people. Thank you Draco for giving us a memory we’ll always treasure!

If I could give this excursion a 10 star rating I would. Drago ensured we had a wonderful experience in Bar. From being picked up at the port by Milan to driving in the hills and stopping to see the amazing views along with the history of this beautiful country to eating a fabulous meal made by our host. Drago puts love into everything he does. The meal was outstanding using all the ingredients grown by the chef himself. Homemade wine, pomegranate juice, grappa were delicious. The meal is something we’ll always remember. Thank you for making our day in Bar perfect!

Long drive up the mountain with fantastic picture opportunities. The journey is worth the ride up the mountain. The food was excellent and the socializing with the drivers and other participants was fun. Hopefully their business grows as more cruise ships come to the region.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Drago was an amazing host. The food and wine were exceptional! Everything prepared by Drago, his wife and locals. Our driver (Milan?) was so knowledgeable and so friendly. The views were stunning. I would highly recommend this experience.

What an incredible way to see Montenegro. We had a very intimate group of only six and our driver Theo shared a ton of information the area. We loved the panoramic views, and the tour ended with a wonderfully intimate dinner at Drago’s countryside home. He had been slow cooking a beautiful dinner of beef, potatoes, and roasted vegetables for hours and everything was absolutely delicious. He and his father make their own wine and pomegranate juice. I am not a red wine drinker, but my husband absolutely loved it. We went on several excursions during this cruise and this was by far our favorite. You do not want to miss this tour. Thank you so much Drago for your hospitality. It was a delightful day!!!
