El Tigre Catamaran Sailing Cruises
After hotel pickup, head to the marina in Bridgetown to board your catamaran, El Tigre, a 60-foot-long (18-meter) and 24-foot-wide (7-meter) schooner that’s big enough to carry 50 passengers but is limited to 36 per cruise to provide more space. The boat offers both shady and uncovered areas so you can choose to sit wherever you’ll be more comfortable. Pull out of the marina and head along the west coast of Barbados, enjoying the sea breeze on your face and admiring the picturesque coastline. While you sail, just relax, sipping a cup of coffee or a glass of juice, rum punch or beer, and enjoy a slice of coconut bread.
Barbados
Make your way to your first snorkeling spot, where you should be able to see sea turtles. Spend 45 minutes snorkeling, and then hop back on board the boat to sail to your second snorkeling location, a shipwreck that has become a habitat for many tropical fish. You have another 45 minutes to snorkel here. If you choose the 3-hour option, you’ll then be dropped off at a west coast beach, where your cruise ends. Your transportation will be waiting for you at this beach to return to your hotel. If you select the 5-hour option, continue along the west coast to a third location, where you’ll stop to enjoy lunch onboard the boat. Then hop in the water to cool off, swimming up to the nearby beach, if you wish, for a stroll along the sand. Back on board, enjoy a cocktail and listen to soca — a style of Caribbean calypso music — while the boat returns you to the marina in Bridgetown, where your cruise ends. Unlimited drinks (soda, beer and rum punch) are provided on both cruise options.

By far, our best snorkel trip of all of the stops that we made. The shipwreck was more than just one area that you got to see, and we went to another huge coral spot saw tons of fish. The lunch that they served on board was on point as well as the drinks.

Amazing catamaran tour. Snorkling with sea turtles and tropical fish. Swimming over coral reefs and shipwrecks. Delicious Bajan lunch and plenty of rum punch.

I have been in 4 others countries in the Caribbean, and I have never had an experience like this before. The crew was spectacular, attentive at all times and really fun people! I am not a greater swimmer, but they made sure that I enjoyed all the activities. The food was amazing as well, really clean place. I extremely recommend El Tigre crew!!!

There was Tropical STorm Jerry while we were there on october 8th that caused the trip to be cancelled then rescheduled due to bad weather The tour operator was always available on phone night and day always picked up. The guys on the boat were great - drinks and food as much as you wanted to eat or drink. They were VERY Safety focused . We went to 3 ship wreck sites plenty of fishes and turtles !! I want to give a special shout out to Wayne who was on the boat serving drinks and making us laugh. He knew our names in no time and paid alot of attention to my older sister Kathy (78) which made her feel special !! There were 7 of us in our group and everyone cant stop talking about the great time and fun. I usually NEVER leave reviews but I have to tell you that if there is ONE THING you have to do in Barbados its take this trip you will not be disappointed. We brought our own snorkel gear but the had flippers and noodles to use !!! I cannot say enough great things about the operator and the boat crew
