Your local guide and less than 12 other guests will be transported to two very unique destinations, Harrison's Cave and St. Nicholas Abbey. Harrison's Cave At the heart of Barbados lies one of its greatest wonders, Harrison’s Cave. Located in the central uplands of the island, this breathtakingly beautiful, crystallized limestone cavern is a testament to nature’s mastery. Flowing streams, deep pools of crystal clear water and towering columns characterize this living cave. Gaze in wonder at the white flow stones and in awe at the beauty of the speleothems which adorn the cave. Be sure to make Harrison’s Cave your first stop while in Barbados and Unearth the Adventure! St. Nicholas Abbey The plantation was purchased by an architect in 2006 to ensure its preservation for both future generations of Barbadians and visitors to the island. The architectural heritage is part of cultural history of Barbados. Relax and enjoy the Plantation's tranquil surroundings. Complimentary guided tours of the great house showcase a wealth of tradition, including antiques and artifacts spanning the home's 350-year history. Visitors may also explore the boiling house and rum distillery where St. Nicholas Abbey Rum is produced.

The train made our little 3 year old son the happiest boy ever! He absolutely loved it. We only did the train tour and are now a little gutted we did not do the whole tour. Our son thought it was the most magical place ever! The tour guide/conductor were brilliant and gave an excellent history. Very funny in parts. Well organised and ideal for you doing kids. We had our 1 year one with us too. We should have maybe say in the back carriage as she found the horn a bit scary or we should have brought ear defenders.

Cindy, our RCR tour guide was the absolute best! The Abbey Rum tasting host, I think a current owner was either drunk or inbred...a little messed up is a kind assessment!

Enough time for everything. The driver was also a good and nice local guide. On the way many extra things to see/take pictures!

Beautiful cave and fun to ride a team. The Abbey was so interesting and rum was delicious. Lovely grounds.

Overall the tour was good. Cindy, our driver, was excellent. My only complaint was that the tour went from 8:30-3 pm with no break for lunch. At that price, a small lunch would've been great as we were starving by 3!

You can find reviews of Harrison's Cave (awesome!) and St Nicolas Abbey (beautiful, historic and worth the trip) elsewhere, so I'm mostly going to rate RCR Tours. Cindy, our driver, guide and owner was absolutely outstanding - she made the trip! From the moment we got picked up to the moment we got dropped off she was informative, friendly and fun. This being a half-day tour we asked her for lunch recommendations as we were staying way out at The Crane and figured we would just get off somewhere downtown and make our way back on our own. She not only made several great recommendations, she knew several of the managers and called ahead to make us reservations at the place we picked (Champers). She dropped us off right at the door and we had an excellent meal to finish an excellent tour! We never would have expected that from any run-of-the-mill tour operator. Not sure what other tours RCR operates, but take them if you can!

Very good tour. The caves are amazing and it was my second time to see them. The Abbey is beautiful but very busy at the time of our tour. Did not get the full experience because of the crowds. Our driver was punctual and very pleasant.
