5.00Man the Captain ( Mik ) will go above and beyond for you as well as his Co-Captain ( Hakeem ). He was very informative and hands-on with the tour. We didn't have the best weather conditions that day but he still pulled all of us together and introduced to us to the liquid sunshine 🤣 ( rain ). It was a blast, food was great, his jet ski team are awesome as well, and the snorkeling tour, ( i wont give away the details here 🤣) but it was amazing as well. They kept the drinks and laughter coming. He is also mindful of his guests, he wants everyone to have a enjoyable/ memorable experience and for me and me Fiance he did just that. He made sure we all became comfortable with each other and the ocean and even played Birthday music for my Fiancé. Just an all around great experience. 10/10 for us.

3.00Honestly it was average. I consider "Luxury" to be exclusivity, great food, and exceptional customer service. I don't believe this is a luxury boat ride. Our boat was at full capacity with 17 ppl (15 guest and 2 crew, it did not feel "intimate". Water was coming into our boat which was very concerning. The caption Mick was not very pleasant, Hakeem was nice. The food was not great, the fish looked and tasted old. Overall I would give it a 6/10. If they remove "luxury" I would give it an 8/10. To be luxury, things need some improvements.
