What To Expect
Your driver will meet you in the Cruise Terminal where they will be holding a sign with the lead passenger's name. They will lead you to the vehicle, collect all passengers and luggage, and whisk you away to your destination. Should you encounter any challenges or emergencies, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

5.00We used Ward's Tours for a pick up from the cruise terminal to a hotel. Kevin was on time, the van was very spacious and new looking. He pointed out sights on our way to the hotel. We would highly recommend Wards Tours.

5.00On time. Good clean car. Safe driver who was very pleasant and polite. The ship port had five ships on turnaround and was heaving but the driver found us and had a clear sign with our name on.
