I'm glad we did it but it was quite basic. 2 snorkel stops - the first about 100 metres offshore over a very small shipwreck with lots of small fish, the 2nd stop closer to shore to see one turtle embedded in the sand below us although a crew member did dive down with my camera to get a close up of the ninja. Then 2.5 hours on beach. I guess ok for £45 per head. Getting onto the boat from the beach would be impossible for anyone with mobility issues.

If you are experienced snorkelers or steomg swimmers or especially scuba divers, do not go. Wreck & turtles easily accessed from beach. Just watch where all the boats stop & swim out. Not a shipwreck, just a sunken boat with little coral & fish life. However, I would recommend this if staff were different. They were unfriendly, didn't engage with customers except to tell them what to do. No educational information. Felt very assembly line.

Very easy excursion from the cruise port. I didn't realise that it was only going to the beach very near the port and that the boat excursion is in the same bay. Saying that we had a great day, sun beds and umbrellas provided, complimentary drink, lots of food trucks available to get lunch from. We saw a baby turtle and snorkelled around a shipwreck. Water was a bit rough, but crew were very safely conscious and we felt safe. We had a lovely day and it was good value as well. Thanks you

Easy meeting at port. Went on buses to beach and got on boat out to area for snorkeling. It was right off beach which surprised me. Snorkeling was great seeing fish, and sting rays and a cool shipwreck but the area was very crowded with multiple boatloads of people there at same time. Only saw 2 small turtles from a long distance. The workers were great Very helpful to newbies to snorkeling but were still able to keep eye on everyone and very entertaining. When we went back to beach and there were no beach chairs as promised but a worker got us set up when another group went out so that worked out fine. Oh we also got a complimentary drink included with trip I would recommend this excursion to everyone. I just rated a 4 because it was so crowded

The port pick-up was easy, the arrival at the beach a-ok, the chairs and location nice, the restaurant food and staff excellent. The Tranquility turtle snorkel is always a delight. The crew of the Tranquility is really marvelous. They insured the guests had a completely safe and enjoyable experience. This was my third trip (on the Tranquility) in about 10 years and some of the same crew is still aboard working their magic. This is an option you don't want to miss out on.

The snorkeling is just off shore. Shipwrecks were interesting but fishlife was not. Turtles for the most part were dug into the sand on the bottom and barely visible. One did surface which was cool.

Great views of many fish, small shards and turtles. A bit crowded at turtle sitting. Not a free snorkeling experience, but well focused

On 1/28/26, my husband and I were picked up at the Barbados cruise port & taken to the BEAUTIFUL BARBADOS TOURS & EXCURSIONS resort area where we were herded like cattle along with another bus full of people who arrived moments after us. We were told they were running behind that morning, and to quickly sign in and get our wrist band. We were then told to hurry to the shoreline where another staffer told us to run to get the boat that was going to "leave without us." Once on the boat, there was confusion; apparently there were too many people onboard. An announcement was made to leave the boat if you are not on the 11:00 excursion. No one moved. A female manager then came onboard and threatened the police if people didn't get off the boat. Still no one moved--everyone was getting irritated that we were losing snorkeling time. The staff then came around and asked to see our tickets--concurrently, over their loudspeaker, they named people who were booked on a 1:00 trip. We, and another four couples were asked to get off the boat. We showed the manager our confirmations, and nowhere on them did they say what time the excursion was to leave; only the 11:00 pick up time. The manager argued with us saying that 11 was the pick up time; how could it be the boat departure time? We all were confused as we were never told what time the boat was leaving on any of the booking documents, nor from the staff. In fact, it was her staff that were rushing us all along! We were on vacation and didn't even wear our watches, so we didn't know what time it was. Once removed from the boat, the irritated manager offered us a consolation drink from the bar and asked us to "relax on the beach" until 1:00. She promised a partial refund and took our names and email addresses. Once on the excursion, we were taken literally minutes from where we boarded (we could have swam ashore) the area of the shipwrecks were overly crowded with snorkelers. Tourists from three or four other excursions were bumping into us and our boat was dangerously close to colliding with another boat as well as snorkelers. We were told to get back on the boat to be taken to another site. My husband, a certified SCUBA diver refused to go back in the water because the dive site was unsafe, so we sat on the boat for the rest of the excursion. We LOVE Barbados and were really looking forward to seeing turtles and having a relaxing excursion. Instead, it was rushed, confrontational, chaotic and frankly, unenjoyable. This, compounded with BEAUTIFUL BARBADOS TOURS & EXCURSIONS' manager not following through with her commitment to make a partial refund has caused me to leave this unflattering review.

Wonderful, patient crew on the trip as there were some that were not paying attention to the crew. Good combo with beach time and snorkeling the sunken ships. Crew very attentive and respectful of nature-saw baby turtles and they reminded people not to touch them and stay clear as they came up for air. Woukd go again!

We did this exact tour 6 years ago. When we did it in 2020 we had an amazing experience one of our favorites of all time and this is why I booked it again. This time was very different. First there was complete confusion of which time we had for going snorkeling vs beach time. The manager took no responsibility in all of it and put the blame all on Viator. The beach is beautiful still. The snorkeling was horrible. Way way too many humans that you can barely move around without getting hit or kicked. And there was 1 tiny like baby size turtle on the ocean floor that I had a very hard time telling it was a turtle. Very disappointed.
