Paulette was our tour guide and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and explained the different types of food we were eating and about the culture. The places she took us too were wonderful and we got to experience the local foods.

Paulette was very informative, I learned a lot on the tour. Places I use to was replaced with beautiful parks and filled in everything I missed. The food, drinks ice-cream, fishcakes was 100/10. I will do another tour with them. Thank you.

We recommend this walk/food/history trip through Bridgetown. Searnia was a fun and knowledgeable guide who introduced us to wonderful food, drinks - and coconut icecreams.

Did the Lickrish food tour today in Bridgetown Barbados. Our guide Tamara was excellent. And there was so much food to try. Loved all her info on Barbados as we made are way around the town going to our food stops. Well worth it and glad we did it.

Alan picked us up, he was prompt and friendly. Was happy to chat & share knowledge as he drove us to the meeting spot. Paulette was our tour guide, she was energetic, friendly and easy to listen to. She was passionate about her culture & her job… and certainly took us to some great food. Highly recommend.

Our guide was Janelle and she did a fantastic job. We learned lots about the traditional Bajan diet and sampled some really tasty food! Janelle was knowledgeable, organised, friendly and answered my questions. Thank you Janelle 🙂

Tamara was an amazing tour guide and brought our group to all the places "where the food has actual flavor"—in other words, not the usual tourist spots. Everything was delicious and Tamara was knowledgeable about the cuisine and Barbados history. I'm vegetarian and I had plenty to eat! This tour was one of the highlights of my trip. Also, a shout out to the driver, Alan, who found me when I was waiting in the wrong pick-up spot. Oops. I was certain I was going to miss the tour, but he circled the block until he found me.

Tour guide was very likeable and very informative about common foods / drinks favored by local population. Also she did a very good job discussing political history, political leaders, emancipation, and current political leaders. For me the downside, was the extensive (2 to 2.5 miles) walking required, on a very hot day, on quite narrow and rough sidewalks, sidewalks full of pedestrians, immediately beside busy narrow streets. Average age in our group of 7 was 65-75. The two restaurants were quite dirty and located on second floors (had to climb steep stairs). The drinks were bottled water at beginning and various bottled fruit drinks halfway thru tour (bought from street vendors cooler).
