5.00Beautiful surroundings. Chef was wonderful, patient, and full of good tips! Were able to eat pasta we made and with a little help from chef had an incredible meal! Wine tasting included which was a nice touch.

5.00What a fabulous day, this was the last day of our holiday and I can't think of a better experience to sum up our whole holiday, Stefan was a lovely host and Marco was a great tutor, we learnt such a lot, his simple and easy to follow instructions took all the mystery out of pasta making both strand and filled and I now know what to look for in a good recipe. We only got back home on Saturday and I have already (Tuesday) made fresh pasta with asparagus and a focaccia. The location is beautiful and peaceful the local wines are superb and we wish we could have brought some home with us. Thank you so much for such a great experience, this and our trip to Italy have really left us feeling inspired to cook better Italian food at home

Here you will learn from a very sympathetic professional how to make a fantastic pasta with the simplest means and which mistakes you should absolutely avoid. 5.00This was one of our favourite experiences from our trip to Italy, it was so interesting to learn all about the history of the pasta to make it by hand and then have it prepared and served to us as the most delicious meal! The wine from the family vineyard was also beautiful. We had a young toddler with us and were apprehensive but the staff and hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating! Not to forget the absolutely stunning backdrop of the olive and vineyards, our son loved playing with the farms chickens! Highly recommend!

5.00My mom and I really enjoyed this pasta making class during our trip to Lake Garda! Marco is a wonderful teacher and the class was both very informative and fun. The pasta turned out great and the wines were lovely. The venue itself is beautiful too. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip! Highly recommend!

5.00Marco and his brother were very friendly, welcoming, made us feel like extended family. His instruction and class was so enjoyable, informative. We thoroughly enjoyed learning how to make pasta, enjoy eating it and of course tasting The delicious wines of LaRocca. An experience that will not be forgotten and is a must for everyone!! 5.00Was taken away by the venue, beautiful surroundings in the hills above Bardolino, we took a taxi from Bardolino centre it cost about 15 euros. The demonstration area was spotless and well laid out, Marco was an excellent teacher, explained everything slowly and clearly and helped when he needed to. He was calm and charming. Eating the pasta that we made after Marco had added a few sauces was lovely. Highly recommend.
