With an emphasis on traditional wine making methods, equipment and techniques Rockford Winery offers a unique experience to visitors. Everything at Rockford is done by hand, from pruning and picking the grapes to the winemaking process itself. Rockford produces a range of highly regarded wines, including the flagship Basket Press Shiraz, Rifle Range Cabernet Sauvignon, Sparkling Black Shiraz, and Rod and Spur Cabernet-Shiraz blend.

5.00A wonderfully curated and engaging experience, Andrew is truly the best there is. We were lucky enough to be the only people on the shared tour and had the most amazing day experiencing the some of the best of the Barossa. Not only a wealth of wine knowledge but also the history of the area and very much a local face. We were able to taste wines we've never tried before but also gain a deeper understanding without any BS!

5.00Wow! What a fantastic day. Andrew was such a knowledgeable, enthusiastic guide, sharing his love of the region and wine. We had an amazing day visiting 4 gorgeous boutique wineries, each unique in their own way. Lunch (a locally sourced platter) was delicious and plentiful, with cheeses, meat, fruit and bread. We visited our favourite vineyard Rockford which is always a joy but also got to visit a hidden gem in Moorooroo Park Wines - where their home baked sourdough with vinocotto was heaven. The wines here were a little bit special and won everyone’s heart. Thanks for a fantastic day Andrew!

5.00We had an amazing day with Andrew visiting some of the best wineries in the Barossa. Andrew was knowledgeable and interesting and was happy to take us for a coffee stop, as well as a stop at Rockford. But my favourite was an unexpected visit to Moorooroo winery which was wonderful! A fabulous day in a very comfortable van with a terrific history. Thank you!

5.00Brilliant tour with Andrew. We were picked up from CBD in Adelaide and enjoyed 4 different cellar doors. Langmeil, Torbreck; Z wines and Rockford. Andrew has excellent knowledge of both the region and wine, but also leavers each of the cellars to run their respective tastings. The mix and efficiency of the day was perfect and I would highly recommend using Andrew for your wine tour experience.

5.00Spent an awesome Sunday with Andrew in the Barossa last weekend. He is impeccably dressed, extremely knowledgeable about wine, and has a wicked sense of humour. He squeezed in an extra tasting for the group at short notice at the end of a long day. An absolute gem! We look forward to seeing you again the next time we visit SA.

5.00What am amazing day...drinking and eating the best the Barossa has to offer! We visited a curated selection of wineries based on our feedback and Andrew took care of the rest. Each winery was awaiting us with our own seating and tastings at the ready...no limits to what we wanted to try! Door to door service, great local knowledge, a fantastic tour guide. Couldn't recommend Andrew and AMQ Tours enough!

He is the perfect gentleman/chauffeur , from the luxurious black Mercedes to his stash of water that always at hand , we fell in love with him . 10/10 plus . 5.00We had the most wonderful wine tour of the Barossa Valley with Andrew Dunn (AMQ Tours). Our group of 6 was picked up in a beautiful, clean Mercedes-Benz MPV from the cruise port. Andrew was a very personable and knowledgeable guide. While driving to the Barossa Valley he shared the interesting history of the area. He had a speaker system in his vehicle so it was easy for everyone to hear him. Andrew took us to premium wineries, one of which included a delicious charcuterie board with all local products. Andrew was by far the best wine tour guide we've ever had. All of us raved about our experience with him. It was a day we will always remember with fondness.

5.00Fantastic day wine trip to the Barossa Valley with Andrew and AMQ Tours! Picked up in a beautiful Mercedes SUV, Clean modern and comfortable. As it was a hot day Andrew made sure we had plenty of cold water . We went to four local barossa wineries and had a wonderful time . Andrew was very informative , he knew about the history of the region and even though we are local residents in Adelaide, we learnt a lot about the Barossa we never knew! Brilliant day and would do another tour to another wine region with AMQ tours. Thoroughly recommend .

5.00Andrew was the perfect tour guide! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite and overall a wonderful guide. There was 4 of us and we started the tour at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop, followed by tastings at Langmeil, Kies, Rockford and Grant Burge for bubbles at the end of the day. Lunch was at Kies - a fabulous charcuterie board between each couple. Highly recommend!
