Our guide Jonas made the day. While we were initially upset that we were not going to be able to take the trip that we had anticipated, he discussed our options with us and came up with something much better! We are public transport neophytes; Jonas handled all logistics that got us from Basal to Grindewald with no issues. Grindewald was more than I expected, a perfect day in the mountains, a perfect last day in Switzerland.

It was a nightmare, you sent me a confirmation for 4 tickets. When we met with the guide they charged an extra 127.00francs. Stating they didn’t have the birth dates of my spouse and my traveling partners spouse. It seemed like a total fleece job. I tried to contact someone at your company to speak with somebody live but couldn’t due to your poor customer service department.

Our private guide Rhay was absolutely wonderful. We went up to the Matterhorn on a bad weather day where the mountain was covered by clouds but I didn’t care because I enjoyed spending time with our guide so much that just hanging out with him all day was well worth the trip.
