1.00do not trust Viator. They do not stand behind their information. we missed this tour as the meeting point was incorrect. it was expensive and ruined our vacation.

2.00This is what Viator can do better. Please ask your tour guides to be more identifiable to the customer. We dont know the face or name of the tour guide we are supposed to meet. We have to walk up on strangers to ask if they're the person. It's ridiculous. Why would you put customers in a position like that?! Then the tour guide is at Basel SBB when i specifically asked to be picked up at my hotel, the Radisson Blu. Being picked up was an option that I took. But the tour guide was at Basel SBB. So I wound up not taking a tour that I had to pay for. I'm questioning whether or not I rebook.

1.00We found not locate thr tour operator for one hour. The contact phone number did not work. We contacted Viator and they could not contact them as well We received no tour and no refund. After 7 years of using viator this is the first time a tour operator was unreachable, gave us no info on who our guide was to be and a vague meeting place. Evidently viator paid the operator without them providing the service.
