This was an enjoyable group tour with, given the low price, an unexpectedly engaging and informative guide. I wouldn't change a thing!

An amazing tour of the Mayan ruins. Our guide was excellent and answered all of our questions. The only thing I would recommend is to not buy the museum tickets, because you won’t have enough time. Also know that this tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs. But an incredible experience for the entire family.

It's very nice to stay in Flores (on the island) and this tour is a nice, easy way to visit Tikal. Smooth pick-up, good guide, walked all over Tikal.

Tikal is great, the bus nice and clean and the ride ok, although I find it strange that the driver and guide seemed to stop on the drive back doing private errands leaving 25 guests to wait. The guided tour started out fine, dividing the english and spanish speaking tourists into two different groupes with each their guide. The english speaking tour was unfortunately not very informative and there was a controversy with the guide as he was very late to the first meeting point in the park. So late actually that the whole group gave up on him at went off to explore without him. After a while he showed up with no acceptable explanation and completed the rest of the tour but the ambience eas not good after that incidence. I would recommend looking for a different service as Tikal is awesome and deserves a better tour.

The tour is definitely not on time. I waited long and many messages back and forth. But the guide Elias was great. And the price is so worth it!

My experience was terrible. My husband had a better experience. There is a shuttle that travels between the entry point and the center of the complex. Those are the only two stops. This is relevant to understanding my experience. I use a cane but I AM ABLE TO WALK. The guide insisted I take the shuttle in to the center, and he would meet me there. He took everyone else to see a few things. When he arrived, he took us to the grand plaza, told us we had 20 minutes to climb the buildings, and to meet at the bathrooms. We waited at the bathrooms for an hour. Then the guide told me to get back on the shuttle and go to the restaurant and meet everyone there. I got there and couldn't find anyone. They didn't arrive until 2 pm. After that we LEFT TIKAL! When I confronted him about his treatment of me, that I didn't get to see anything at all, he told me it was my fault for not being with the group. Why couldn't I have at least explored on my own until we left? According to him, one needs a guide for anything in Tikal. (This is a lie. Most of Tikal can be explored solo.) The "guide" (Elwin) didn't communicate even basic things. All he communicated was that I was not worth his time because I use a cane. I learned more from eavesdropping on other people's guides than I did from the one I paid for. Disability discrimination is alive and well with this outfit. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

The bus driver was rude. The tour guide was sweet but the info was short, unclear, and minimal. I guess you get what you pay for.

The tour and overall experience was great. Edwin was our tour guide for Tikal and was very informative. The pace was great, a lot of exploration, guided and unguided. They were also able to accommodate our alternative pickup location in El Ramate. Lunch is not included, but this can be ordered at the part or brought with. Great value. Highly recommend.

The guides English was very hard to understand and that made the tour not as enjoyable. The itinerary indicated there would be break for lunch at end, but we were only given 20 minutes which was not enough time to get lunch. Guides and driver did not give much direction or talk very much. Made it difficult to know what to expect
