Fairview Great House & Botanical Garden
Then we visit the Fairviews great house. Once was the home of the French military commander. Then home to families and personalities, including the great grandfather of the British novelist Virginia Woolf.

5.00A perfect excursion with a good guide. We booked a group excursion with a local guide. We were the only participants, so we got a private excursion. We visited several plantations and learned a lot about life on a plantation long ago. Beautiful flowers everywhere. If you go on cruise to the island, book this excursion instead of the excursions offered on board. The price is lower and the experience much better.
