5.00My sister and I had a private your with Gunawan who has made this an absolutely amazing trip! Perfectly organised, super friendly, full of information and happy to talk about history, life in Batam, Religion etc. He was a perfect tour guide. We had an awesome seafood lunch! Highly recommend this for people interested in more than the shopping malls of Batam!

5.00If I could give this tour 10 stars I would. It is a shame that it is so underrated. We are so thankful we chose to take it. It even included a massage 90 minutes and tasting of their famous cakes and coffee. Phoebe was an amazing massage therapist and took all my shoulder pain away. Gunawan was an amazing tour guide. He was very knowledgeable for our tour both educationally and personally. He gave us an insight like no other with places we visited. He was also very kind and respectful with personal touches that included making sure the car was kept cool for us and that we got exactly what we wanted for lunch. Even in the end he saw us off at customs and waited to ensure we made our gate safe before leaving. A world class experience we would definitely do again!!!!!
