  Went with service premier, found everything perfect. Staff, position, ambiance food etc. The chanteuse volume could have been dialled down a bit as the amplification was not great, this however did not spoil our overall experience.

  We paid a little extra for the privilege experience which was well worth it. The food was better than I expected, the experience was awesome e with amazing view of floodlit Parisian landmarks. With our upgrade we had champagne and a table right next to the window.

  Mother daughter trip to Paris- this was a must do! We had front of the boar seating. Our service was exceptional and the champagne was divine! There was a live singer on board who made the experience extra special! The food wasn’t anything special- but we expected that as it is a main tourist attraction and the experience itself was wonderful!

  The food was good. The views were even better. Service staff were attentive. Live entertainment was enjoyable. A wonderful experience as we celebrate our 30th anniversary in Paris. I am happy we chose this experience.

  We boarded the cruise to be told that due to high tide they would have to take a alternative route. We asked would we still see the sights and were told, not all of them but some and we’re offered a free ticket to another sightseeing cruise the following day(which we can’t use and also would be void anyway as tide wouldn’t be changing). The food was delicious, the service on board was excellent but we didn’t see a single landmark.(the Eiffel Tower was where we departed) We only saw gyms, and a few house boats?? Given that they cannot help the tide I understand that this was u avoidable, however we paid for a sightseeing cruise which we didn’t get. They should of been honest at the offset to tell us that we wouldn’t see any and give us the option of a refund.

  The food, entertainment, and sites make this a very special event. Try to get a table by the window for the best views. We go every time we are in town. The singer was amazing and the food was as good as you will get anywhere.

  With my boyfriend, we booked an online cruise “evening with pancake tasting”, including an audio guide. The description promises a visit in front of the great monuments like the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, the Louvre Museum, etc. We thought we would take a real cruise in the evening, in good conditions. In reality, the cruise is not guaranteed at all in the evening. The ticket is valid at any time of the day for one month, between 10am and 9pm. Every night we showed up (for 3 days), the wait was at least 2 hours. By 10am, there was already a 50-minute wait. Groups come before you, in addition to priority people, which further lengthens the waiting time. The outside organization is almost non-existent: there is just a line, with no real management, and especially no shelter. When it rains, we wait in the rain. Most incomprehensible: they continue to sell tickets shortly before closing when the wait is already huge. Result: online booking totally useless. This does not save time at all. There is no point in taking online if it is to wait as much as a purchase on the spot. Regarding the pancake tasting, it is not done on the boat but on the Place du Trocadéro. This information is written at the very bottom of the description, in very small letters. Another point that is not very transparent. During the cruise, we see almost nothing. When people sit still, the view is blocked. When they get up to film, you can't see anything either. You have to constantly get up to hope to see something. The roof is not transparent and there is no real panoramic terrace accessible to all, which greatly limits visibility. Despite the turn around of the boat, it was impossible for me to see the Statue of Liberty properly from my seat. To catch a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower, I had to go out onto the outside balcony, in the rain, to at least make the ticket profitable. The audio guide is very average: explanations are not detailed, sometimes non-existent in front of some major monuments (except for bridges). In addition, a lady spoke at the same time as the audio guide, which made listening difficult and unpleasant. The staff was not pleasant, did not seek to explain the situation or reassure customers. The onboard bar was closed (Valentine’s Day weekend in February), which is surprising for an “evening” performance. In summary: long wait (minimum 2 hours at night), poor organization, lack of transparency, very limited visibility and delivery that does not match the promise. Very disappointing experience. I don't recommend it.

  Velisse Paris stands out especially for customer service. The staff is very attentive, polite and always willing to help, which makes the stay much easier and more pleasant.
