This is masterclass of the husky tour. Warmly welcome to be part of our authentic lifestyle. OUr dogs welcare is our priority and we do take wellcare of our guests too. You will meet our lovely siberian huskies which are our family members and be part of the team.
Our home is located on the shores of Lake Sierijärvi in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland. Tuulenpesä is home to nineteen Siberian huskies, a cat and our four-person family.
This old farm is rich in ambiance and offers you the opportunity to experience the tranquillity of nature and taking a moment’s rest during your trip in Lapland. This is about our life style and our passion.

What To Expect
Masterclass! Here you can be a musher by yourself. You will have own husky team and work as a team with these great friends. Duration of the whole tour, including transfers, is about 3,5 - 4 hours. We go for a 1 1⁄2 -2 hour sleigh ride. We will start on easy ground across the lake and while that learn to handle the sled ride. After that we will enter to the forest with curves, uphills and downhills. On the way you can enjoy of the beautiful landscape and winter wilderness. We will stop at the camp fire and have some snacks like sausages, hot drinks and something sweet. You will hear the stories about the huskies and you are can make some questions. This all about our authentic lifestyle that you will part of. The distance of the ride is 20-25 km depending of the weather conditions and your driving skills. Dogs wellbeing is our priority and we take car of our guests too. Warmly welcome! We have warm clothing for you. And we will pick-up you from your accomodation. We will send you by email exact pick-up time.

5.00We were picked up on time and received a very warm welcome from the family. We were able to play with the dogs and get to know each other. We were given very good instructions and had a wonderful, fast ride across the lake. Afterwards we could spend some time with the dogs and play with them, then we sat together by the fire and had hot tea and biscuits. The family is very friendly and we had a wonderful time.

5.00I really recommend this activity in this place because the dogs are respected, well treated, pampered and loved. Very family atmosphere, with the couple taking care of their 27 huskies. We are far from the tourist trap like in other places with the 400 dogs in more or less good condition!!! Thank you very much for this experience We were able to touch and share precious moments with the owners and their dogs!!! The experience of driving the sled was truly amazing. 8 km of top trail

5.00We had an unforgettable sled dog experience at Husky & Yoga Nature. First of all, Antti introduced us to the dogs (we were already able to caress them) and the basic rules. We then took an incredible ride on the frozen lake (8-10km). Halfway through, we were able to exchange places between the pilot and the passenger of the sled. The experience was magnificent! At the end of the tour we were able to pet the dogs again and get additional information from Antti. The dogs are very nice, happy and the family takes care of them! Everything is perfect! Finally we had a hot drink with biscuits around a fire at the edge of the frozen lake. The Husky & Yoga Nature family property is beautiful! Thanks to Antti's friend, who was our driver between the hotel and Antti's house. He gave us a lot of advice and accompanied us during this activity! A big thank you to Antti and his family for this unforgettable moment!

5.00We visited Aksana and Antti in December '23 and did their private 10km family tour. The weather was -30km, the whole experience was like a movie or a dream. From first communication, to pickup, to the day itself, everything was absolutely brilliant, they are lovely people and their 28 huskies all have beautiful, loving temperaments. The ride itself was amazing and they had extra warm clothes for us, then playing with the dogs and having gingerbread cookies and warm chocolate in their house by the fireplace, just beyond amazing, a truly once in a lifetime experience. Can't possibly recommend enough, totally blown away by how wonderful it was!

5.00Absolutely fabulous experience. The owners and organizers Aksana and Antti are both lovely and very warm. They have around thirty huskies, just as adorable! We are very far from a tourist center which attracts a lot of people in a short time. Here the owners welcome you into their home and are above all passionate about their activity. The setting around the lake is idyllic and unforgettable. We were able to take our time to pet the dogs, enjoy their company, ask all the possible questions... The sleigh ride is just incredible... Of all the experiences lived here (sledding with reindeer, snowmobile, etc. ) this one is by far the best in my opinion. Thanks again Aksana and Antti!

5.00We had an amazing husky sleds tour. This private husky exprience was one of the peaks of our trip in Lapland. The guides were so warm and friendly and our kids liked them immidately. The ride itself was a unique adventure and after it they welcomed us with hot drinks and sweats in their lovely farm.
