What To Expect
Tortuga Bay Beach
After the 50-minute walk to reach Tortuga Bay, we will be greeted by two different faces of this stunning white sand beach. First, we will pass by "Playa Brava", a paradise for surfers. Then, we will head towards a tranquil pool where we can observe large marine iguanas up close as they bask in the sun. We will continue our journey towards a lookout point that offers spectacular views of the coast, before reaching the other side of Tortuga Bay, where a marvellous beach with very calm water offers the perfect place for our snorkel activity. We will also explore a trail that will lead us to sightings of different endemic bird species. After this exploration walk, you will have the opportunity to snorkel from the beach, in very calm water and along the beautiful mangroves, to some hidden spots with many sea turltes, schools of rays and little baby reef sharks that your local underwater specialist will lead you to. For the way back, we comfortably embark on a speedboat to Puerto Ayora.

5.00We got a briefing the evening before the trip and met Omar, who was our guide. He was born and raised here and knew lots of history and the plants, birds and animals. He suggested a kayak tour of tortuga bay that was perfect. Besides numerous turtles, we saw golden rays and reef sharks - best excursion experience we’ve ever had. Omar and his coworkers—the best! They even made us a dinner reservation for that evening.

5.00Our snorkeling tour in the Galápagos, led by our incredible guide Yaz, was amazing! From start to finish, Yaz made sure our experience was safe, fun, and full of unforgettable moments. Yaz’s deep knowledge of the islands and marine life added so much value to the tour. He pointed out hidden wonders we would have missed on our own and shared fascinating facts about the unique ecosystem. His passion for conservation and respect for nature was inspiring and made us appreciate the Galápagos even more. The snorkeling itself was breathtaking! Yaz ensured everyone felt comfortable, no matter their skill level, and his enthusiasm was contagious. It was the highlight of our trip, and we can’t recommend it enough!

5.00Yaz was amazing! His knowledge of the flora and fauna is unmatched. He is very friendly and welcoming. His stories are very interesting and tells the history of the islands while you are on them, giving context to what you are seeing. He is able to answer many questions and has a very bright smile. You can tell that he loves sharing his island with visitors. I would 100% reccomend a tour here as Yazmany is a terrific guide and was my personal favourite from the tours i did!

5.00We were on a cruise for 4 days and Jaz was pur guide for the time. It was Incredible nice. His knowledge about the island is huge! Every question has been answered. Also his snorkeling skills are incredible. We saw practicly everything we could wish for regarding marine life. I can highly recommend Jaz as a guide. Best holidays in my entire life! 5.00It was certainly a wonderful trip and we brought back many memories, in photos and videos. During the preparation of the script, Stephanie was very attentive and made several suggestions. When we arrived in Galapagos, we were very well received and guided by Daniel and Omar. They are very receptive, organized and helpful. The agency has an excellent team to serve tourists. As for the tours, they were all wonderful. We loved getting to know a little about marine life and the snorkeling activities were certainly enough for that. Isabela Island has many interesting options. It was great that we stayed there for a few days. We would definitely recommend Guiding!
