5.00Alin was an absolutely lovely guide and we were very grateful to have had his assistance. It’s important to note that the bear sanctuary itself does provide a tour guide for the time slot booked who was very informative and at Bran Castle external guides are not allowed up to reduce congestion. Despite this Alin still provided us with so much information and filled in any blanks we had at either experience. He drove us there and back , took us to some hidden gems around the Braşov area and provided support accessing both experiences. Alin also gave us some good tourist recommendations for the remainder of our time. Thank you so much !

5.00Great trip. Alin was a friendly, knowledgeable and communicative guide. He messaged us in advance with collection times and picked us up from our apartment. You have to book the bear sanctuary online in advance so check availability and liaise with Alin re the best slot. You can get tickets for the castle when you arrive. Would highly recommend this trip as Alin is a fabulous guide

5.00Great trip and Alin was a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable guide. He picked us up from our apartment and was very communicative, messaging us with collection times and responding to queries promptly. Make sure there's availability for the bear sanctuary before you book the trip and check with Alin which time to book so he can coordinate pick up. You have to book the bear sanctuary online in advance. You can get tickets for the castle when you arrive. Well worth a visit.

5.00Alin was awesome. He was in contact the day before to ensure we were prepared, scheduled pick up, and was a wealth of knowledge. Since we were the only ones in the group, Alin was kind enough to drop us at the train station instead of back at the hotel. We had great conversations, and Alin pointed out some amazing views and random things we would have missed if on our own. If booking a tour for the Bear Sanctuary, or Bran Castle. Choose Alin!!!

5.00We are sadly only in Brasov for a few days and had the time for only one tour. We decided upon this tour and could not have been happier with our choice. Alin collected us from our accommodation and was so friendly and helpful. 5.00The transportation was great and it was an awesome way to see areas outside of Brasov. We were able to get a sense of the area by taking different roads and seeing overlooks.

5.00Bran castle was pretty, although much smaller than I expected. Still well worth a visit. The bear sanctuary was excellent; the story behind the project and the stories of the bears themselves, were as as touching as they were necessary.

5.00Very good tour and the guide was excellent, his knowledge of the sanctuary and castle were excellent. Relaxed but efficient, all on time and looked after all his guests. Would highly recommend using this company, I wouldn't hesitate to book again on my next visit.

5.00Excellent day. Picked up and returned to our hotel. The driver was good and accompanied our group in the bear sanctuary and gave us as much information as the bear sanctuary host. The sanctuary was a wonderful experience that my partner loved. We were then driven to Bran castle where we were given good advice on which tickets to buy and some great information after. Thoroughly recommend booking this . But you will also need to book your bear sanctuary tickets in advance and also pay admission to Bran castle. We didn't and the bear sanctuary was sold out but our excellent driver saved the day and we were able to go in additionally.
