On our Behind the Scenes Tour, you’ll gain exclusive insights into the production process—from mining kaolin and creating porcelain paste to molding, painting, and firing. Explore our historic Archive of Moulds, the painting shop, and the kiln hall as skilled artisans bring porcelain to life. Guided by an expert, you’ll see the craftsmanship up close, touch raw materials, and immerse yourself in the world of white gold. This was such a learning experience for the whole process of porcelain making. You go through different rooms to see each process and at the end you have a chance through several gift shops to buy something to take home. There are also different pieces displayed throughout. There is also a cafe and clean bathrooms.
