They are always on time, the car is clear and the driver is waitubg for us even if there was a delay on the landing time. They always quote to you the day before to remember the time-table pick Up.

I had several updates from Mr Orange before departing Australia about what to expect at Pudong airport which were very helpful. Upon arrival I received a WhatsApp message saying that he was there and that immigration can take time and that there was no hurry. He sent me a photo of the sign to look out for. Once I collected my luggage I proceeded to the arrival hall which literally had 100’s of sign, Mr Orange was easy to see! The car was spacious and clean with bottled water. I will definitely use Mr Orange again and would not hesitate to recommend!

Traveling to China solo is overwhelming and using DiDi didn’t work for me. So I relied on Mr. Orange for all my airport transportation in multiple cities. Great communication and reliable. Always got driver and car info ahead of time and they were waiting at arrivals with a sign. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Very good communication with Sophia, when planning the reservations and changes. Related to the coronavirus, I asked for a refund of airport transfers and excursion to the great wall. Obtained quickly and without penalty. I will book again with Mr Orange as soon as the situation returns to normal in China.

Although it was more than 2 hours after our flight landed that we finally exited,Samuel from Mr Orange was waiting for us when we arrived in Beijing. He had a great translating app on his phone so communication was easy. He drove expertly for the 2 hours it took to get through the morning rush hour traffic to our hotel. We would definitely use Mr Orange services again.

I booked a round trip from Beijing airport to my downtown hotel. Easy booking process, i received confirmation emails for each of my bookings. Our driver, Mr. Li was very courteous and professional and most importantly very punctual. I would definitely booking again, highly recommended.
