What To Expect
Mutianyu Great Wall
Pick you up in your beijing centre hotel, then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Once arrive at the The Mutianyu Great Wall, you’ll enjoy a less hurried experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides. Hiking up and down for about 3 hours at the various sections of the Wall, exploring the watch and beacon towers. Mutianyu is a bit more rugged and slightly less crowded than the more famous Badaling. Over 96% of Mutianyu is covered by trees and orchards, keeping the air fragrant with chestnut blossoms in the spring and fresh all year long. After Wall , you will return to your hotel.

5.00This was a great experience. Ken was a fantastic driver and gave me lots of advice. Ken was punctual, professional and extremely kind. The drive from the hotel to the Great Wall was comfortable and the visit also awesome, I don't think I would have enjoyed this experience this much without his help! I would definitely book it again

Everything was handled smoothly, including guiding us through the entrance process, which saved us a lot of time and stress. His local knowledge and helpful attitude really stood out and allowed us to relax and focus on the experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better driver and would happily recommend Jack to anyone planning a visit.

5.00We had a great experience with our driver Jim Zhai. Although we had booked a minimal English speaking driver, but because we could understand basic Mandarin, Jim went over and beyond to provide some Chinese guide service. He was waiting at the hotel lobby about 10 mins early with a placard with our name. Once loaded up, he gave us a bag of fruits (bananas and mandarin oranges). It was smooth drive to Mutianyu. Along the way, he pointed out some sights to us. At Mutianyu, we could bypass the shuttle with a little uphill walk to the base. Cable car was closed for maintenance while we were there so we had to take the chairlift. While we took a bathroom break, Jim ran to get tickets and stood in line until we joined him. He accompanied us up to Tower 6 and helped us take quite a few pictures. He shared history about the Great Wall and pointed out scenic spots to take pictures. He only left back to base after an hour. Jim was very attentive and let me know where he would be waiting. Afterwards, he brought us to a dumpling shop for lunch. All day, Jim patiently waited for my elderly parents, looking back frequently to make sure they are ok. All star service from Jim!

5.00Everything was well organised! Contact over WhatsApp before. Picket up on Hotel with sing. Driver spokes perfect english and gave is some information about Great Wall durring the Tour. Organised also tickets for the cable car. Big Car - very clean and new.
