5.00The Peking Opera is an UNESCO cultural heritage show. It is recognised for not just the performing arts but the history and heritage too. The show is colourful, thoughtful and a great way to spend part of an evening. Miss Li arranged the tickets at very short notice. I booked mid afternoon for a show that started at 7.30pm. The theatre is in a very nice hotel with a piano bar and very stylish decor. Might be a good use of time arriving a bit earlier for pre theatre drinks (just a thought).
