  Naomi was a great driver and guide. She picked me up right on time at my hotel and we made our way to the Forbidden City. She clearly told me how much time I would have on my own and where she would pick me up. Pick-up was smooth and we then made our way to the Great Wall. On the way, I had snacks and water provided by her, which were much appreciated. Before we got to the site, she offered to help buying tickets, but I was able to navigate the system on my own. We parked and she escorted me up to the admission gate. Together, we then went on the gondola to the entrance. Once again, she let me know how much time I had and where to meet her. It was easy to find her once I was done. On our way back to the hotel, I found a place on the way renowned for its coffee, and she was more than happy to make a slight detour to accommodate me. Overall, it was an easy and great experience.

  Our driver Naomi was great, very welcoming and nice. She gave us good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurant options. If you have a layover/need a driver in Beijing, I would really recommend this service!

  Yue set everything up for me at the Great Wall and the Summer palace. He had water, snacks and a warm vest for me to wear because it was COLD. He made a detour so I could see some Olympic venues and worked with my schedule when I had flight delays. Excellent experience.

  We were picked up directly at the airport on time. We had not bought tickets so our driver bought for us which was very smooth. We got banana and water throughout the tour, which was a positive surprise!

  Definitely recommend this service! It was very organized and more than I had expected. It started with a text from the dispatcher the day prior that gave the instructions of where the driver will be waiting with a sign of my name. This really helped alleviate any confusion on how to find the driver. The driver (Tom) picked us up and drove us to the wall! He had water and a couple snacks for us to take. When we got to the wall, the driver was so friendly and helped guide us to the shops where he will be waiting for us when we are done. He then helped us through the ticketing line (which definitely would have confused me if he wasn’t there) and he waited for us until the cable car was up and running. (it was delayed). He went up the cable car with us to take photos of us at the top, explained a little about the wall, and then left us to our adventure. He was very flexible with our needs and let us shop in the souvenir shop afterwards. After this he drove us back to the airport and gave us a little parting gift. His english was limited, however he always had his translate app ready on his phone. He was so friendly and a great guy all around. The only thing I would take into consideration is that our vehicle was a sedan, which luckily we didn’t have very much luggage, but for those needing to pick up their checked suitcases and take with them, mention in your booking request if they have someone with an SUV for luggage storage. We were able to leave our luggage in the car for storage, so didn’t have to stress about hauling anything to the wall.

  We had a 10 hour layover and decided to take a trip to the wall during the wait. The driver, Ruby, was waiting for us with a sign with our name on it (we were even a bit late going through the immigration process but this wasn't a problem) and she could communicate with us in English. The drive to the wall and back was safe and comfortable and while we were there Ruby helped us with tickets and provided us with warm jackets. I can definitely recommend booking transfer with the company!

  This business was very courteous and responsive to all of my questions. He was very honest and gave me all info before the tour. I loved my experience with him for booking. My driver is highly recommended. His basic English skill helped so much and he was so kind for telling me great information on attractions.
