What To Expect
Universal Beijing Resort
Universal Beijing Resort is an anticipated theme park destination featuring several all-new attractions, rides, shows, dining, stores, hotels, events and guest service. It is the 5th Universal Studio-branded theme park in the world, the 7th Universal-built park overall, and the 3rd in Asia. Universal Beijing Resort contains seven themed lands (including The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Transformers Metrobase, Kung Fu Panda Land of Awesomeness, Hollywood, WaterWorld, Minion Land and Jurassic World Isla Nublar), a CityWalk ( Universal CityWalk Beijing). Remember how the main characters in the movie when they first arrived at the island? That’s where your prehistoric adventure will start as well. Step through this wonderfully recreated iconic building from the movie and into the heart of Jurassic World Isla Nublar and escape the jaws of the Indominus rex with the main characters!

5.00We had a terrific day out at Universal, mid-week, not a holiday. We arrived at 9am and left at 8pm, and walked about 20km throughout the day. Expect to do a lot of walking, and download the app to see realtime wait times. The longest ride wait we saw was 30 minutes, the longest wait we actually had was 25 minutes, and plenty of rides had 5 minute waits for large portions of the day so we didn’t feel like we needed the Express Pass. Food was pretty expensive, as you’d expect for a theme park, but there are free water stations everywhere.
Saved our sanity with the kids.

5.00This park is pretty massive and it can be overwhelming, especially with kids in tow. We booked this tour and it was the best decision we made. Pick up was on time, and staff help us to managed our time in the city.

5.00The main entrance was packed shoulder to shoulder, but inside the park it was much relaxed and had actual vibe of universal studios. I spent a day just expereincing different rides, the contast between locals and tourists is pretty cool. It is the eaisest way to see the park without having hassle.

5.00Some ride had long queues, so planning ahead is important. Food and drinks inside are on the expensive side, but that's expected in a theme park. It does get quite congested, particularly on weekends, which can make the day a little exhausting. The facilities were easily accessible and clean.
