  We booked Paul’s cab and all I can say is fantastic. From picking us up Paul was fountain of knowledge. We drove all through Belfast and talked about the political situation over there. We stopped a coupe of times and we ever had a coffee and cake break. Highly recommend to anyone coming over to Belfast

  The driver was knowledgeable and made multiple stops to provide historical background but I did feel it was biased towards the catholic community. I would have preferred a more neutral presentation of the history. Pick up was on time and vehicle was clean, safe driving, very accommodating, and incredible follow up with additional historical links on social media. Plan 2 hours to be safe - it said 90 minutes and pick up was at 9 am so we booked another activity at 11. Upon pick up we were told 2 hours so it was cut short and I feel like we missed out on a lot and did not get full tour. I would have planned accordingly had I known.

  Paul was incredibly knowledgeable, and very informative to our group, that consisted of four separate groups of strangers. I thought I knew a lot about the Troubles but Paul truly educated me and opened my eyes and my mind to what actually happened, and was is currently happening in the Belfast area. Highly recommended!

  What a fantastic tour! We were visiting Belfast for the day as part of a cruise ship stop. With Paul meeting us at the cruise port, off we went for an incredibly comprehensive and enjoyable tour. Paul was a passionate and incredibly knowledgeable guide. Having lived through Belfast’s troubled times, Paul was passionate and knowledgeable about these difficult years. Not being from Belfast, and not being exposed to these troubled years, we were not very familiar with its history. What an eye opener! If in Belfast, I highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed. Paul, thanks for a great tour and I look forward visiting Belfast again in the future.

  What a fantastic day! We wanted much more than the two hour black taxi check the box tour of the Troubles and Peace Walls - we wanted to truly understand the history, what it was like and what it is like living there today. Our guide was a walking history book - not only has he studied the history and written about it - he has personally lived it. We highly recommend this tour! Fantastic Day

  Paul was exceptionally good. Very passionate and knowledgeable about the "Troubles." Being born during that time and raised in the area gives him special insight into that period. And showing us the places where his wife's aunt and best friend were killed gave extra impact. Even though he was raised on one side of the conflict, he did his best to give an unbiased view of the Troubles. Tour turned out to last much longer, and better, because of his expertise. Highly recommend this guide.
