1.00We arrived for the Belgrade E bike Tour of Historic and Cultural Sites on Wednesday 24 December at 10 am, intending to enjoy the full two-hour experience. From the outset, the experience was extremely disappointing. My partner immediately felt uncomfortable and hesitant to ride the E bike, and the communication from the tour operator, co-host and guide only compounded the issues. The tour operator, Vojin Munčan (nickname Војин, co-founder of Serbian Adventure Factory), was exceptionally unfriendly, unapproachable and unhelpful. His communication was misleading and negative, showing no consideration for guests’ needs or expectations. The co-host, Tihomir, similarly contributed only further frustration, with all interactions being negative and unprofessional. The tour guide, Luka (+381 62 570571), was also unhelpful, dismissive and failed to provide any support or guidance during the experience. The host initially suggested we could reschedule and claimed we could request a full refund via Airbnb, but this turned out to be entirely false. Airbnb later confirmed that the refund was refused and no rescheduling was offered. This felt highly misleading and unfair. We lost the full amount without receiving any service. Communication throughout was inconsistent, evasive and lacked honesty. Overall, the experience was very poor, unprofessional, frustrating and felt like a deliberate attempt to take our money. Guests should be aware that this service is unreliable, unhelpful and disappointing. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

5.00A group of ten of us took this bike tour and we weren’t disappointed. Tibor was a wonderful guide with so much historical knowledge to share. I learnt so much about Belgrade and Serbia in general from him. It was an easy ride and we ventured all the way over to new Belgrade.

5.00We had an absolutely fabulous trip with Tibor today. We set off in the morning before it got too hot and headed to New Belgrade as we had done a walking tour of 'old Beograd' the day before. The bikes were great quality and the best way to cover a lot of ground. Tibor took us around to spots we would never have found on our own and shared a lot of information and anecdotes in a way that was easy to understand and interesting. He also passed on some local knowledge for a fab lunch spot! I would definitely recommend this tour!

5.00Belgrade Bike Tours was the perfect way to explore beyond the city centre of Belgrade, and we were able to go in the morning before the full heat of the day. Our guide Tibor was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and its history. Highly recommend the tour!
