1.00No show at airport. Called a few times, finally someone answered and said driver en route. He arrived for a group arriving 1.5 hours later. We had paid for private. Refund requested from viator.

5.00Our large family landed at the airport and were greeted by the utterly delightful Jimmy. He took such incredible care of us. He gave us all a crash course in Belize history and culture as we were shuttled first to Sleeping Giant Resort and a few days later, Jaguar Reef resort. Jimmy also led our whole group on a tubing adventure through the caves. Jimmy took us to an out of the way spot for lunch and it was honestly the best meal I had the entire trip. It was a local spot that we would have never found on our own. A+ to both Jimmy and Untame Belize.

5.00We landed in Belize City and were greeted by our smiling driver, Jimmy who proceeded to whisk us away. The first stop was to get water, Jimmy guessed our needs in advance. He narrated during the entire trip. It was a great introduction to Belize. Next stop, bread, a delicious loaf of sweet bread and cheese, yum. Although the ride was long, Jimmy made it most enjoyable. We used the Untame Belize shuttle on 5 other occasions to shuttle our guests who visited during our one month stay.
