5.00It was super simple! Once purchased, I received an E-Mail confirmation and as we got closer to the date an E-Mail was sent to reach out to the driver and confirm destinations. I started a chat and they response very quickly. I Believe our driver's name was Derek, he was waiting for us when we exited the airport with a sign with my name. He pulled us off to the side and had us wait while he brought the car around (waited like a quick 2-5 minutes). In our short 20-30 min drive to the water taxi location he was super friendly and was telling us about the area and recommended foods etc! On another day we paid a taxi around $5 per person to get to a location 5 minutes away so I do think the price is good. This ride was, quick and comfortable. I highly recommend.
