5.00I took this tour at the end of November during the off season. We booked our trip for the 9:00AM slot and was rescheduled to the 11:00AM tour due to lack of other bookings at the same time. I was skeptical at first about going later in the morning, but Xplore assured us that the conditions will be better and warmer later in the day. We showed up at the meeting point early and managed to get in the first group leaving at 11:00AM. This turned out to be a great outcome because we usually got to the caves first and didn't have to wait for another group to finish before entering. The conditions on that day were absolutely pristine. The weather was sunny and warm. Water was calm, like a lake. Paddling ended up being very easy due to the ideal conditions. We entered 3 other caves in addition to Bengali, my favorite being Pirates Cave. Our guide was extremely professional. She explained basic paddling technique, gave explanations of most of the sites we visited, and verified conditions were safe in the caves before she had our group enter. Her English was clear and easy to understand. This kayaking tour definitely exceeded my expectations. I recommend booking this tour with Xplore Bengali who were great operators for this experience.

5.00The tour was amazing, my girlfriend and I chose the paddle board. The 2 tour guides were very informative if all the secret wild beaches which was very helpful. Also they helped us stand up which was amazing and they took the best photos/videos!

5.00It was a beautiful experience,from the guide been friendly and welcoming to very informative and funny. It was lovely day well spent. The caves were beautiful,you need arm strength for the kayaking 😆 but it was worth the pain. I would definitely recommend it. Danish,alex and nuno were fantastic.

5.00Daniesh, Nuno and Alex (brothers) were fantastic on this trip! Nuno called to advise of the incoming storm and offered the next day or Tuesday for kayaking tour, we opted for next day 8am. It was a chilly start but warmed up quickly. Daniesh took us on a tour of the caves and hidden beaches. We were well informed and well looked after. Fantastic tour! Thanks gentlemen.

3.00WARNING you book for a slot but when sending you your ticket, there are instructions on the second page such as arriving 40 min before the time! We had not seen and with our only 15 minutes ahead, we were "late". Fortunately, after a little sermon, it may have been possible to join the rest of the group on the beach but another surprise: we booked a visit in French (listed on our ticket) and it is finally in English (the slots in French are 7am and 1pm, it was not specified on TripAdvisor). Fortunately, we understand English and the rest of the tour went very well. The guides are great! Patients and explain well rock formations such as kayaking techniques to pass through some caves. It's a bit of a tourist factory but in September we get to have pictures without anyone on it with the right angle. Can remind the time and meeting place directly in the email or on WhatsApp to avoid misunderstandings:)
