When opening hours allow, the break is arranged at Dale Outlet, a welcoming shop located beside the historic textile factory that has made the village renowned for its quality knitwear. We saw a lot for one day. Alice, our guide, was a wealth of information and very efficient. We'd love to come again when the waterfalls aren't frozen and spend more time at the Viking village.
