4.00In this two hour walking tour, we were able to see the major attractions of Bern and learn important background information about the city. We covered a lot more ground than researching and doing it on our own. Lucas also gave us information on other attractions we could pursue after our tour. Would have been nice if he had a book of information or photos to share with us to highlight or reinforce some of the information he provided.

3.00We met out guide Juan promptly at the starting time. It was just my wife and I. I think Juan said he had been here 4 years. We got a little bit of the history and customs. When we would stop to take a photo he would keep walking. He never offered to take our photo. Also he would start a discourse with only one of us having caught up. All in all you would be better off with a Rick Steves book doing your own tour. Juan has potential but he needs some instruction from a seasoned guide.
