I used to be so happy with my excursions with Viator. However, this sight has become hit or miss. Mostly misses now. On top of the original charge, there is a charge to insure the ATV per rider ($25 for single, $35 for double). Then there is a land fee of $25 that they don't tell you until you get there, is mandatory. They also try to force you to tip $20. Why not just charge $125 off the bat, so you can know what you're getting into. Finally, the ship got to Cabo at 12:05pm, and I get a call from the provider wondering where we were. I explained to them that the ship just pulled in, and that we should be there at the advertised time, which was 1:00. They advised that we needed to be at the place where the ATV's were, which was 30 minutes away, by 1:00. I told him my situation, and that we had to wait so we could tender to the port. We finally tender and get to the port at 1:35. I was advised that the driver had already left a few minutes ago. The then told us that we should take the 3:00 slot, however I already had another excursion scheduled at 4:00. I was then told that I couldn't get my money back, and that I had to take the 3:00 slot. I'm so exhausted writing this and thoroughly frustrated with the whole experience with Viator, and it's 3rd party dealings. This is just the first day of my horror story. Stay tuned for part 2 of the shenanigans in Mazatlan.

If you want to be able to enjoy this activity i recommend doing the private tour. We signed up to ride with everyone else and it was honestly very boring due to stricter rules.

THE ATVS WENT KRAZY! I loved that they accommodated the people that wanted to go a little faster ! We appreciate you!! SLIM SHADY! You da goat! He made sure we were good, the pictures were actually really cute! The ride home went crazy, it was so vibey! I’d get in the car with Felix any day. I wish I remembered the name of the guy that led our group, but we loved you too, he was so patient with me… and I know I’m hardheaded LOL!!

This is probably one of the worst excursions I've encountered. I don't usually write reviews but I felt it is necessary to warn people of this company. The whole experience felt like a big extortion. There are hidden prices that were not discussed prior to purchasing this. Park fees that were $25 per person, which didn't make sense. I highly doubt that's a real thing. The tour guy insisting we tip him. He literally told us we need to tip him at least US$20 per person. After we tipped him, I could hear him and his friends making fun of the tip. He did not know we understood Spanish. We waited over an hour for our return trip back to our resort. The tequila tasting was literally a sip. Not worth it. The ATV experience was ok. I would have been better off using another company.

Our ATV group tour had some people that were clearly uncomfortable driving ATVs and were driving painfully slow. We got some pressure to break off the big group and book our own private tour for an additional $150 which I think was ridiculous when the couple uncomfortable driving the ATVs should have booked the private tour bc the majority of the ATV “group” wanted to go at a fun comfortable pace. The guide (Esteban) was great and the view as well along the Pacific Ocean. The tequila tasting the best part of the tour as we learned about the family tequila business and the guy (forgot his name) doing the tasting was awesome. Was not pushy but was so passionate about the family run tequila business.
