  All was great. No long wait time at the airport. Ely was amazing. Not sure about pick up yet as we leave tomorrow. Hoping for Ely to pick us up again. Having heard anything as far as pick up time or person yet.

  Took 5 minutes to have our driver pick us up. Extremely friendly, explained area and provided great recommendations for food in town. Water and beer ice cold for the drive to town.

  This pick up experience at the airport was pretty bad. Pick up at the hotel to airport was fine. For the pick up at the airport, the sign was on the floor, no one was holding the sign at all. It was very hard to find the sign on the floor since the whole area is crowded. After finding the sign, two other groups that booked the same pick up was waiting for a worker. We all waited more than 20+ minutes until we really could not wait anymore. We asked other companies people that's holding the sign to see if they know who the Cabo Airport workers are. They then pointed us to the green shirt workers which are no where near the sign. After we found the worker and she scanned the bar code, she said wait 7 minutes which is totally fine. But after 10 minutes, she still didn't come to us, instead we went up to her again after 12 minutes, she then took us to the car.
