Waqas is a very open-minded entrepreuner with PhD in Biochemical yet remains in Pakistan to welcome visitors from around the world. This week falls on some festival at the Heritage Museum, and the biggest mall was closed due to sercurity tightening (yes I visited in the week when the blast occured), but Waqas was quick in showing me other options. Chai and cheese bread were the highliight for me, and as Waqas says, I will visit other parts of Pakistan, the real Pakistan next time:)

Having a young family and wanting to explore Pakistan without the reliance on family members we sought the services of Mr Ahmed. Mr Ahmed was great in his service, collected us from the airport on the first day, planned our schedule with our full input and we explored lots in Islamabad, and Lahore. we were concerned about safety initially, but Mr Ahmed ensured we were always safe, escorted us everywhere personally, took care of having our 3 children with us (all under 13). he always turned up on time in the morning and after full days of excursions, shopping and eating out he would drop us off at the hotel. The vehicles were comfortable and we always got enough rest for the children. if you are ever thinking of visiting Pakistan and want a safe and sound holiday, I would highly recommend Mr Ahmed. Our 10 day trip was remarkable, which we will always remember and Mr Ahmed was easy going down to earth person who always took our lead.

We had a fascinating and informative day tour of Islamabad with Waqas. He picked us up from our hotel on time and took us around many of the sights and landmarks of Islamabad. He is knowledgeable and kept us interested throughout the day. His calm demeanour and flexibility also allowed us grab some food and shopping on the way. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Amazing tour of Islamabad with Waqas to see the main attractions but because this is a private tour we were also able to tailor it to our needs and made unscheduled stops to eat at an authentic bbq restaurant and also to do some shopping. Waqas was extremely patient and helpful with translating as well as advice on where to go. Very knowledgable too and we learnt a lot about Pakistan’s rich culture and heritage throughout the day. Highly recommend for solo or small groups
