4.00Excellent concert, but the category of seats should be reconsidered. We were sitting almost next to the entrance door (I. class), while dog was barking behind the door and guest comming in and out during the concent were slamming the door. It did not feel like I. class! But otherwise, top concert!

5.00Beautiful atmospheric location with superbly talented musicians who really looked like they were loving the music. Only negative is that we hadn’t booked in the restaurant and didn’t know the Christmas market would be shut in the evening and no other bars were open. Luckily the restaurant fitted us in, and we had a fabulous four course set meal. Great evening.

5.00Wonderful experience, we absolutely loved it! Enjoyed wandering through the castle before the concert - dinner could've been fun too! The funicular is quick and easy to get you up and the views (even though it was dark) were beautiful! The concert itself was so wonderful and loved the variety of songs played!

5.00After reading many other reviews, we arrived early in order to secure our seats but thankfully did not need to, as seats were all numbered and allocated accordingly. The ticket included the ride up and down on the funicular, which in itself is good fun. We walked around the fortress a little while before heading to the concert hall. The concert is in a beautiful old hall with vaulted ceilings and was decorated with Christmas decorations. Initially there were 6 musicians who played classical pieces of Mozart and Haydn. After a short intermission, the musicians returned and played some Bach, Vivaldi and some traditional Christmas songs from Salzburg. We were enthralled and so glad we included this experience into our Salzburg vacation.
