🇬🇧 English Translation The overall experience cannot be described as bad, but there were no particularly outstanding advantages either; it was probably a solid 60 to 70 points. A critical point for everyone to remember is to always keep your valuables with you. We left ours in the room, placing too much trust in the hotel, and consequently had a $50 bill stolen, along with a 50 Peruvian Sol note. (This is a typical small-time thief technique: taking just one note from a stack. It happened just two days after we exchanged the money, so the memory is especially vivid.) 🇪🇸 Spanish Translation The overall experience cannot be described as bad, but it also did not have any particularly prominent advantages; it would probably be between a solid 60 to 70 points. Well what an incredible experience! Nothing like being in the middle of the jungle, totally remote! Our guide, Victor, had all the time to do everything to see as many animals as possible, but of course, we are in their natural Mood, it is always a surprise!! It was very good, great facilities, good food, and very friendly staff! I recommend 100%

A trip into the Tambopata is a logistical challenge, but from the moment I contacted Oscar, the owner, via WhatsApp to book to the moment we were dropped off at the airport to fly to Lima, everything went smoothly. Pick up at the airport. Transfer to the boat to take us upriver. Excursions. Meals. Our cabana. Transfer back to the airport. Everything. Our boat captain, Marlo, clearly knew the river like the back of his hand, which meant I felt very safe on the excursions. Our guide, Freddy, really made this trip for us. We hadn't even left Puerto Maldonado before he found our first wildlife sighting, a sloth sleeping in a tree near the office. He found wildlife on every single excursion or boat ride - capybaras, river otters, egrets, howler monkeys, more macaws and parrots than I can count, a scorpion, a tarantula - he even helped us catch piranhas! The best thing Freddy could do, however, was to use my boring iPhone to capture pictures of wildlife visible in the monoscope. I have so many amazing pictures and memories thanks to him. The cabanas were fully screened and situated in a beautifully designed "camp", and the meals were healthy and plentiful. I loved being able to get a cold Coca Cola Sin Azucar in the lounge area! Many thanks to Oscar, Marlo, Freddy, and the rest of the staff for an amazing introduction to the Tambopata!

I went to the Jungle Lodge for 3 nights and our guide was Victor. He was the absolute best guide and we 3 girls had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this lodge and hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Victor as your guide. He is so passionate about the Amazon and the wildlife, his knowledge is impressive. The lodge itself was also great, the food, the rooms, the property! Loved it all

The best experience you could have in Amazon rain forest. We booked 3D/2N tour and everything was amazing. Our guide Pepe was very passionate and had too much knowledge about the forest. The lodge was also amazing and the people working there were very helpful. Totally recommended!

We are fortunate to book with JunglePro. From boat ride, animal spotting and meals, everything was smooth and beyond expectation. Our guide Raul is the best. He not only took care of my family in great details but also has a magic sense with spotting the animals and birds. With his help, we were able to spot a rare Amazonian horn frog eating another smaller frog during the night walk. In addition, he used his own telescope and binoculars to help us spot Macaw clay lick and bird spotting. We had a fantastic Amazon jungle experience because of him!

Amazing experience. Our guide Fredy was amazing. Knowledgeable, very good eye for wildlife and takes great pics with the telescope. All included activities were well worth it, food was amazing and so were accommodations. Be prepared for the humidity/sun and early wake ups though. Highly recommended.

So great! The lodge was amazing, and the activities are well organized and exciting despite the short time. Loved being surrounded by nature and being able to learn so much from our knowledgeable guide! PS: boat ride is cold!
