1 Day 8.00 AM Reception from the airport or hotel we will then travel by road from the city of Iquitos to the city of Nauta, by private car for 1 hour 30 minutes, and then board the slow motor boat (Pamacari) where we will sail the Marañón River for approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, until we reach the Pv1 checkpoint of the PACAYA SAMIRIA NATIONAL RESERVE, We will continue boating for 30 minutes until we reach the community of Buenos Aires. During our journey we will observe flora and fauna on the banks of the river. Birds, especially herons, can be observed. Lunch In the afternoon we will sail the yanayacu pucate basin in order to appreciate the gray and pink definitions and birds (toucan, huacamayo, gulls, Martin fisherman, Victor days, camungos) return to the peasant house, at night we will hike at night in order to appreciate the nocturnal fauna (tarantulas, snake, night monkey) Dinner and rest

2 Day Before breakfast we go canoeing on the huayllas river to appreciate the famous sloths and prehistoric birds (shanshos) Breakfast return. Preparation and departure to campsite where we will sail by motorboat 1 hour approximately until we reach the ravine alban (strategic point) Then we will walk through the jungle where the guide will explain about the medicinal silvers (cat's nail, grade blood, grapes, among others) their properties, we will also know how the peasant people live together. In the course of the walk you will appreciate giant tree, (ceiba, capiruri, cedar and others) lunch. At night we will sail by canoe to search for alligators in their natural habitat. Dinner and rest.

3 Day 5.30 am we get up early in order to appreciate the first rays of the sun and appreciate the songs of birds and howler monkeys. 5.00We did a 3-day trip with Eli and Roman. Eli was our guide and took good care of us, including our meals (breakfast, lunch, and diner) and daily needs in the jungle. He was very responsible and made sure we stayed safe throughout the trip. Also, the meal was very delicious, we could not expect more in such a harsh living condition. Roman was our skipper and truly a master of the jungle. He knew how to spot wildlife, navigate different rivers, and kept the trip fun with his great sense of humor. Ruth was very responsive and accommodating. She handled our pick-up and drop-off smoothly and did a great job coordinating the logistics. This tour is definitely for travelers who aren’t into touristy experiences, as the expedition goes deep into the heart of the Amazon. Everything is challenging, but you get an authentic sense of how local people live and survive in the jungle. We did many day and night hikes in search of wildlife. Highlights included searching for caimans at night and fishing for piranhas. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any sloths—but that in itself felt like a lesson. Wanting something too much can sometimes lead in the opposite direction. In the jungle, it’s best to take things as they come, stay relaxed, and let serendipity find you. In general, we spent a very unforgettable and good Christmas with Eli and Roman. Be mindful that bringing thick long pants (no Lululemon) and long-sleeved jacket, because the mosquitos are crazy and they were ‘eating’ us. Our hands and legs were swollen after the first walk. Facial mask can also be helpful to keep them biting your face.

The guide, Daniel, was exceptional: very experienced, knowledgeable about the jungle. The tour felt authentic and profound, a real dive into the Amazon. Exploring the jungle with someone who really understands and respects the environment made all the difference. Undoubtedly a unique and fully recommended experience.

5.00We did the 3 day jungle tour with Roger, Franco and Roman. They were all 3 incredible good guides, who did their best to show us as many animals as possible (and we saw every animal she described). We’ve had an amazing 3 days with them. Ruth was also very helpfull with all the necessary information. Would definitely recommend these tour guides and the company!

It’s a serious Enterprise, they don’t try to sell you milongas or play the tourist, and they strive to make the tour as immersive, real and caring experience as possible.
