  We had a great time with Dorothy. She provided us great options for our tour. She gave us some great surprises and made sure we stayed on schedule since we had to be back to the cruise ship. If we come back to Saigon we definitely want to have Dorothy take us to more places.

  Six of us took a private tour of Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) with Sunny as our tour guide. Communication from the tour company and the tour guide were excellent. Sunny contacted us the day prior to our tour to confirm the time and meeting place. She even sent a picture of herself which made it a lot easier to identify her amongst the throng of people outside the port gate. Sunny was open and flexible to what we wanted to see and planned our excursion around some special requests. On the 2 hour ride to the city, Sunny gave us lots of good information about the history of Saigon, the Vietnam War, the culture, the people, and other details. We found her to be very knowledgeable and she speaks great English. Although we did visit the usual popular sites of interest, Sunny also took us to other places less frequented by tourists. She took us to an indoor market for locals, a cafe (with an underground bunker used during the Vietnam War) that served delicious Vietnamese coffee, and a temple with interesting architectural details. Since Sunny also does food tours, she fed us throughout the tour. She spoiled us with a traditional Vietnamese meat and noodle dish for lunch, local and unique fruits, Vietnamese donuts, and bahn mi sandwiches. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour .
