5.00My husband and I had a wonderful day with Jonathan, seeing the sights and learning about the Dominican Republic. He tailored the tour to what we wanted to do. He took us to a beach that was practically empty and had reasonable prices for meals and beach chair rentals. It's my second trip with Jonathan, and I highly recommend him. He is courteous and reliable.

5.00My mom and I did a tour with Jonathan. As women traveling alone it was important for us to have a guide that made us feel safe and comfortable and Jonathan did just that. He customized the tour to match our interests and showed us local hidden gems. He was a safe and courteous driver and we enjoyed our day with him. Would book again and recommend to cruisers visiting Puerto Plata for the day.

5.00Jonathan is a wonderful tour guide. We thought originally that we just booked a cab but it was so much more. He took us to the city and is very knowledgeable about Puerta Plata. He was willing to stop anywhere we wanted. Walking through the city he was showing us places and telling us the meaning. He took us to a cigar factory and my husband was over the moon as he actually got to roll a cigar. We went to a wonderful chocolate shop and explained how it was made. The church was beautiful. We went for lunch at a lovely restaurant called Lalola and the food was amazing and was very reasonable priced. Jonathan is very friendly and we felt like we had known him for years. This was probably the highlight of the vacation. If you are ever in the area book a tour with him you will not regret it. Highly recommend. I would give him 100 stars if I could and the price was amazing.

5.00If I could give Jonathan 1,000 stars, I absolutely would. Our trip was both incredible and educational. Jonathan knew exactly where to take us to truly showcase Puerto Plata. His knowledge of the local history was genuine and fascinating, and you can tell how much he loves his country. I would choose to go on an excursion with him again and again.

5.00Johnathan made us feel like family! He took us to all the major stops for shopping and sight seeing in Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)! We stopped for pictures, comfort, shopping, authentic Dominican food, and of course, the best beach!! It was a super fun time for ages 22 to 76!

5.00Jonathan from Jonathan tours picked my wife and I up at our resort. He gave us a personal tour of Puerto Plata. We went on a half day tour. We toured a rum distillery, chocolate factory, a 16th century fort and all of Puerto Plata from the beach area to up on the mountain side overlooking Puerto Plata. His English was very well spoken and his outgoing personality made us feel like we were friends, which I believe we are now. We highly recommend his tour company for a variety of different tours and excursions as he gives a personal touch to them.
