Enjoy our gourmet picnic snack lunch in a scenic location hidden in the wilderness. Your picnic guru will pick your group up in her SUV and drive you up the dirt forest road into one of the most scenic locations in Big Bear Lake. Your guide will hang out with your group and enthrall you with tales of the history of the Big Bear Valley & then leave you your privacy as you enjoy a casual lunch in nature at one of the most scenic hidden gems in Big Bear. The forest tour is very scenic and your guide can stop anywhere along the way if you wish to get out and take photos. Your picnic guru specializes in vegan & gluten-free options. Inquire for seasonal menus. We also offer gourmet curried chicken salads, GF homemade muffins/cookies, vegan salad with coconut dressing, & the best beet salad you will find on the mtn for an additional cost.

A sample snack picnic lunch may include; Assorted nuts, veggies with baba Gnaoush, assorted cheeses with salami + sweets. Vegan & gluten-free choices are available on request. I do my very best to work with my guest's food allergy needs. I do offer a larger menu at an additional price with entrees like unique salads or homemade muffins.

5.00The jeep tour was worth the bumpy trip. This is definitely the back roads experience you want to take with an experienced guide. Amber was engaging and answered all our questions. I am a native Californian and never knew about the gold rush in Holcomb valley. Take a journey back in time and enjoy a fresh lunch in a beautiful wilderness.

5.00One of my coworkers recommended I go to Big Bear. So I purchased a guided Jeep tour and it was an excellent choice. Amber made me feel safe and was welcoming. Her choice of a picnic place was right on point. It wasn’t crowded and had lots of shade. Her picnic lunch was accommodating and delicious, just the right amount of food. The tour was perfect for my trip. I am glad I came when it wasn’t as crowded or there was snow. The guided Jeep tour had no excessive walking or hiking and you get to see the area without all the hiking path hazards. She was very knowledgeable of the area. Great service!

5.00One of the best hiking experiences I’ve had with my family. We had a great time, and my teenagers especially loved it. That says it all, 😅. She’s very knowledgeable and has a great energy. Then there was the lake with small picnic on the boat after a great swim. We loved the boat, and my puppies loved it too. Thank you so much! We’re definitely coming back.

5.00My husband and I totally enjoyed our Jeep tour / Lite Linch with Amber today! I highly recommend this tour as we learned a lot about Holcomb Valley and Big Bear that we didn’t know! We had a relaxing lite lunch while enjoying being surrounded by the Forrest. It’s just beautiful out there! Amber is VERY knowledgeable, personable and made us feel totally comfortable. Take the tour!!!
