What to Bring:
Please bring your own sleds, as they tend to break easily. Also, snow clothes, gloves, sunscreen & sunglasses are recommended.
Each snow day is tailored to your group’s interests—Sledding fun, snowball fights, building snowmen even a light winter hike.
As a local guide, I’ll also show you:
Where to park safely and legally (to avoid expensive tickets)
The best hidden snow spots—even when snow seems scarce in town

5.00It was an amazing experience working with Amber. She was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the day. The weather was warm and we were worried if there would be snow. Sure enough Amber found us a great snow play area for our kids, and they had a blast! Highly recommend her services to those who wish to have a more personal snow play experience!

5.00We were driving from Del Mar up to Big Bear when I found Amber’s site and gave a call looking for a last-minute appointment. I’m so glad she had a cancellation and was able to accommodate us! Amber is an expert mountaineer and Big Bear local and knows all the right spots for sledding and activities. We drove up, parked, and walked easily with two toddlers about ten minutes to the site. We were blessed with soft snow, sleds, snowmen making tools, and some hot cocoa and coffee. What a great time, thanks Amber!

5.00Amber was super friendly and knowledgeable. I went on a solo snow play/ hike to enjoy the weather and the beautiful big bear views. She took me to a really great spot away from the main tourist areas. I appreciated not having to deal with lingering holiday crowds and traffic! I was also suprised to even find a snowy spot, as much of it had already melted. Amber knew just the right areas! This is a great attraction for anyone and everyone looking for a tailored snow experience! Definitely bring your doggies too!
