Ticket valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours. Ticket validation cannot be split over days.
Stop Frequency depends on season. Summer is every 20-30 minutes and Winter is every 60-70 minutes (subject to change)
Recorded commentary available in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese and Korean
Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests may activate ticket in Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1, or with driver at any stop along the route

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
Duration:1 hour 30 minutes
Operating Schedule:Duration of route is 90 minutes. Hop-On at any stop along the route. May through September: First tour starts around 8:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 5:00pm. Frequency is every 20 minutes. October through April: First tour starts around 9:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 3:15pm. Frequency is every 60 minutes. (Schedule and frequency is subject to change.)

5.00We had a wonderful times traveling throughout Vancouver with Hop On Hop Off tour. Sherry was our driver/tour guide. She did a great job of explaining the historical portion of the city. This is our first trip to Canada in general. It was our valentine day trip.
Expensive disappointing bus ride

1.00Wayyy to expensive. There are only 10 stops and most of the stops are in terrible places. 3 of the 10 are just hotels. 1 stop is just a random side of the street a distance from the “attraction”. Also the bus is extremely old. The operator kept turning the audio commentary on at what I can only assume is the wrong time because we never got through a full commentary. They kept cutting them off to start the next one. Again so not worth the cost. Pretty disappointing

5.00Booked a 48 hour pass and we used this service to get to all the destinations we wanted to check out. The drivers were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Sherry, like the Spanish wine. The bus was clean and well maintained. Drivers made a great effort to make all the stops on time despite the multiple road closures this weekend. Great job!
