The staff was incredibly helpful and fun. The provided lunch was fantastic. The snorkel experience was amazing. The staff took the time to answer all questions and stopped the boat when we saw dolphins and a baby manta ray.

Everything was slow and memorable like on dreamy tiny island of its own within big island it actually lowkey is since it is in UK land and all kiwami i think her name was so interactive also the captain I would say only thing sad was no longer swimming with dolphins but they took time for us to go see them at least snorkeling was wonderful crew was nice people nice food nice we enjoyed it they even offered to take pic of us!

Our crew was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and fun! It was a great experience, the lunch was good, and the snorkeling was beautiful. We saw so many different types of fish and were also able to see several dolphins. This was a great trip and we would definitely book it again!

Hang Loose did a good snorkeling trip overall, I appreciate it being a no frills kind of trip as they kept it simple and streamlined. Good service to get everyone outfitted with the essentials and we're available for questions for beginners. Lunch: 2 different types of sandwiches, chips and fruit. Not horrible but only one soda option, nothing sugar free other than water. Like I said, good overall.

The boat ride is a little choppy at first, but then it smooths out ok. The length of time snorkeling and swimming is great. The food and snacks are excellent. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Great day. Captain Bryce was a blast and shared some meaningful Hawaiian spots and culture back and forth. We not only snorkeled in beautiful waters at a meaningful Hawaiian Historic site, but, we saw dolphins and even caught a humpback whale during our travel on the boat. Will gladly recommend the Hang Loose guys and go back on my next visit to the Big Island. Thanks Guys….great job!

If I could describe it in one word, it would be, “Wow!” The crew loves their job, and they do an excellent job of letting you look at everything. Stops at lava tubes and other things, before heading back. They request that you don’t go onshore to the monument. Overall, exceptional. Departs out of the harbor north of Kona and south of the airport.
