The tour was absolutely fantastic! Elena and Louis were so personable and fun. I learned so much history from them. My only feedback is that there is a disclaimer about if it is raining how slippery the bricks are. I fell off my bike because of the slipperiness.

Very informative with great stops of the city. The host is also very patient and answers all of your questions. A great way to find out the hotspots of the city.

A bike tour was an excellent way to experience Panamá City! Jonathan was knowledgeable, interesting and fun. We made several stops to see city highlights and covered much of the city. The bikes were in very good condition, I would highly recommend this tour!

This was great! The bicycles were in good shape. Jonathan did a great job explaining things and giving us a taste of the city.

This a fantastic tour and Daniel is a local resident who knows the people, places and history so well. He added so many fun stories that made the tour entertaining and memorable. Daniel was at our meeting point even a little early. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be with. He expertly navigated us around in the busy streets. He had so many great restaurant recommendations including how we can get a wonderful inexpensive meal with fresh fish at the fish market. We tasted some wonderful sauces and juices. He introduced us to local fruits I’d never heard of. We traveled out of the old city and down to the new area and he explained the history and how people are living today. He even took us by a boxing club where their most famous boxer Roberto Duran trains, the oldest church, we saw how the famous Panama hat is made and so much more. I would do this tour again.

I absolutely loved his tour. Alaina was very knowledgeable and passionate about Panamanian culture which was truly appreciated. I had toured the city on a different tour on the previous day and I was concerned that if I did the bike tour, it would be a repeat but it was not. I definitely recommend this tour. I came aa a solo tourist but there was a couple who did this tour with me and I felt comfortable. Also I am over 50 and I exercise but was a little concerned that it may be too fast and it was not. We toured Old Towne, San Felipe Neri (fresh fruit , food, and meat market) and the fish market and a few other areas. If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

We liked the trip. It gave us a view on the nice side of Casco viejo and the reality side of Panama. We loved everything about it! Jonathan made us try different juices and things to taste; like he said: you can see god if you taste certain things- lol. It was a very great experience and we would recommend this to everyone that want to see the best of panama in 3 hours. It is so simple But so much to see, taste, inhale, experience. We felt very safe with Jonathan. His english is very good so we understood everything. He also had these headphones for us to wear, so we could hear him the whole time, even if we were a little behind with our bike. He talked the whole trip. Magnifique!!!! We went to the local food market and the fish market which were also a plus. Look for Jonathan!!

Firstly, I am entirely glad that I chose to book this bike tour. It is arguably the best way to explore Panama; the Casco de Viejo area, as well as to learn the history of Panama and sample different foods from Panama. Our guide, Daniel, was extremely knowledgeable about Panamanian history and culture and did an excellent job in being a tour guide. He is also clearly respected throughout all the areas that we visited. I highly recommend this tour. Once you can ride a bicycle, love history and foods from different cultures, there is no better way to explore Panama

This was one of the best bike tours we’ve ever done (and we’ve done a lot in many different countries). It rained off and on the whole time but our guide Jonathan was truly outstanding. We learned so much history and also about Panama and food. He took us to a big market and fish market. We were the only ones on the tour and we simply loved it. Thank you Jonathan! Lastly, we had an earpiece which was great. He explained so many things while we were biking along, instead of stopping and starting. Highly highly recommend.

We had a beautiful day. David and Bruno did an excellent job and provided a wonderful experience. I only wish it was a bit longer of an excursion for the price, but my crew did travel from Panama City, which likely drove up the price some- still wish we were out until closer to 4. You’ll be headed back by 2:30. Lunch was amazing, but you may want to bring snacks if a light (albeit delicious) lunch isn’t enough for you given the duration. This is just a suggestion- we were fine, but we are 3 rather petite women. Also- it’s byob, which is super cool and I wish we’d known prior bc we totally would have stocked the cooler. The snorkeling was incredible. Lots of wildlife to see in beautiful clear and warm water. I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Make sure you check out the fort and research the history- that’s where you’ll take your lancha to the catamaran to and from, and it’s pretty neat!
