3.00The bike tour was a nice 10km distance covering many areas. Guide was very knowledgeable. I would recommend the route and guide as a great way to see old Panama City. Cons: -The bike path coming back was packed with people. Made it very difficult to navigate safely on a bike. - I think my biggest frustration was that I had a flat tire and the guide had zero spare tubes or tools to fix the tire. My tire failed 6 blocks from an alternative bike store so we were able to swap out bikes after a 20min walk but if it happened at other areas of the tour we would have been stranded. - bikes could use TLC in general.

1.00No one showed up, so the communication could have been better. But agreed to refund. Therefore, this review reflects service rather than bike tour.

5.00David was very knowledgable and personable. The 10 km ride is great and you make several stops along the way. Meeting place was easy and our tour was about 2.5 hours in total. We recommend this tour based on David's knowledge base alone and it is a great way to see Panama City and it's old town!

4.00This was a fun way to see a big swath of the city. Our guide knew a lot about the history and local spots, and we stayed off too-busy or dangerous roads for most of it, which made the ride enjoyable and comfortable. We covered a lot of ground — I think about 7 miles — but it wasn’t overly strenuous since much of it was flat. We got to make several interesting stops, which added nice variety to the ride. Two things to improve: • The pickup (meeting) spot was a little confusing; clearer directions or a map/image would help. • They should include water and helmets (or at least offer them) — we missed having those. Overall: solid tour, good balance of sightseeing + cycling. If you’re comfortable with moderate distance biking and want to explore Panama City in a different way, this is a good choice.

5.00I had an amazing time on this bike tour! It was such a fun and unique way to explore the city. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the ride feel really safe and enjoyable, even for someone like me who doesn't bike often. The route had beautiful views and interesting stops along the way. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting – it’s a great mix of exercise, sightseeing, and learning!

5.00We had a nice time, and the guide was great. The bike was excellent. But the website should worn against small children and particularly elderly folks, unless they are exceptionally fit.. The nine-year-old on our ride was barely big enough for his bike. The 81-year-old man couldn’t handle the heat, and we had to cut the ride short. The website should worn about the extreme heat.

5.00Excellent tour, informative and a great way to get oriented to Panama City. Lovely ride on the causeway, dedicated bike lane with excellent views of the city and old town. Our guide David recommended the local seafood market for lunch after, delicious food at “local” prices.
