A fantastic experience, seen beautiful parts of the coast and little towns, nice churches and everything, give this trip more than 100 points.

It was a great tour as a whole. The guide was very knowledgeable and he gave us detailed and interesting information. I would recommend doing the tour as the program specifies, starting with hike and the stairs while we are still fresh and ending with the winery as drinking wine is an activity more suited for the afternoon hours rather than the morning.

I bought this excursion because it was for us the only way to visit Gaztelugatzxe since there was no place. Basically everything else was secondary, but potentially interesting. Actually we were "hostages" because we had to see all the countries before and not after as expected..very long times and deadly boredom. Gaztelugatze is magical and beautiful and requires good physical fitness.

We recently took part in a guided tour with your company and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience due to poor organisation and overcapacity. The bus was fully booked to the point of being over capacity, with one guest required to sit on the fold-down overflow seat beside the driver and tour guide. As you might expect, no one wanted to be separated from their group or sit in such an uncomfortable, isolated position. This led to considerable stress and confusion throughout the day, as passengers rushed back to the bus after every stop to secure seats with their travel companions. No clear seating instructions were provided by the tour guide at the outset. A simple direction to remain in the same seats throughout the tour would have helped maintain order and avoid unnecessary tension. Instead, the lack of guidance resulted in a chaotic “first come, first served” situation after every stop, with passengers constantly changing seats, disagreements breaking out, and, in some cases, aggressive behaviour. We were travelling with our young daughter, who is not old enough to sit alone beside a stranger. After one stop, we returned to find our original seats taken and were forced to take the only two available seats near the front. A Dutch couple then aggressively confronted us, claiming those seats belonged to them and demanded that we move. The gentleman in particular was extremely rude, showing no concern that a child was present and visibly distressed. His behaviour was confrontational and intimidating. This was not the experience we expected or paid for. What should have been an enjoyable and informative day turned into a stressful, disorganised scramble for seating, with unnecessary conflict between passengers. We would strongly advise future customers to be aware that this company appears to prioritise capacity over comfort or safety, and that poor management of seating can lead to upsetting and unpleasant experiences. We will not be using this company again.
