Crimson Wetlands: Feast your eyes on some of the world’s most brilliantly colored birds, amongst wetland vegetation and crimson blooms.

Description

Bird Paradise Singapore is a world-renowned bird sanctuary located within the Jurong Bird Park in Singapore. The sanctuary is a popular tourist attraction, drawing visitors from all over the world to witness the beauty and diversity of birdlife. It is a sprawling landscape that spans across 50 acres of lush greenery and is home to over 5,000 birds from 400 different species.

The sanctuary has several themed zones that are designed to simulate the natural habitats of the birds. Visitors can explore the various zones to witness the birds in their natural surroundings, including the African Waterfall Aviary, the Southeast Asian Birds Aviary, and the Penguin Coast.

In addition to bird watching, Bird Paradise Singapore offers several shows and exhibits that showcase the unique talents and abilities of the birds. The shows are held throughout the day and include the Kings of the Skies, High Flyers Show, and Lunch with Parrots. Visitors can also participate in activities such as feeding the birds, taking a ride on the Panorail, and exploring the bird exhibits.

One of the most notable features of Bird Paradise Singapore is its conservation efforts. The sanctuary has a dedicated breeding and research center that works towards the conservation of endangered bird species. The center has successfully bred several endangered bird species, including the Bali Mynah, the Philippine Eagle, and the Black Palm Cockatoo.
